As a member of Chaos Theory, I can say that as of now this is incorrect. Both NC. and Ev0ke are still red to us.
It would make sense, in light of recently neuting Co2 and Agony that this would be our next move. However many of us, when presented with the hypothetical case that the loss of our systems was certain, would rather have given our sov over to CVA than to the invaders.
Perhaps there has been a backroom deal that I am unaware about, so I'm not entirely discounting your source, but as of now I'd say it's unlikely. The only way I see this happening is if NC. or Ev0ke approached our diplos with this plan.
Edit: I can 100% confirm that CTA has no plans to blue NC. and Ev0ke, whether for the short-term or long-term. Your 'source' is either a fiction of your imagination, or completely unaware.
CO2 disbands / goes to Venal?
http://www.kugutsumen.com/showthread...l=1#post138442
So really, just Chaos and Legio left in the Provi NIP? I don't count Imperial Order
Last I hear, BDEAL, FIGL, CHA0T and LEGIO were all still around. Where did BDEAL announce departure?
i'm still in CO2 and head diplo for about another 12 Hours (lolroles)
Quite honestly, the first person to bum rush CO2 space in Provi is welcome to it.
If Aralis wants to do a transfer he best get in contact quick.
The staying high command already decided that its up for grabs and CO2 has no intention of defending it.
CO2 as an alliance will never disband (baring fee's, lolgoons), as its held / owned by SRBI and where they go it will. Some of the Corps have left together to do thier own thing which should be starting in a few days. The rest i would imagine, will go to Venal with CO2.
Anyone want a renter alliance called Comrades-Of-Two :P
Gicer.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.
- BDEAL has reset all the other providence residents since the nip is dead anyway. Also we haven't announced our departure.
- IO is pretty much gone out of providence, they only control one system now, same goes for Solus and Daisho.
- DACO has a few outposts under it's control, but it seems they're all empty. Apparently the alliance has moved to Devoid and is getting pwned by the locals :http://neowarp.com/kb/?a=cc_detail&c...ecent_activity
- 404 seems to have opened up an offensive against agony and SBU'd SI-I89. The I-Hub died this morning: http://ice.podzone.org/killboard/?a=...il&kll_id=3106
- Dead Muppets have dropped sov in several systems which were promptly taken by ewoks, they now only control 49GC-R. I wouldn't be surprised if they're the next alliance to fail cascade and bail providence.
- Teutonic Guards failure cascade is pretty much complete. They're down to 55 members: http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/T...d/corporations
The next burning question: who's gonna rush Co2's space? My money is on CVA doing some ninja grabbing.
I figured as much when I dropped SBU's in R3 yesterday for lols, and nothing ended up coming of it. My respect for CO2 as an alliance went out the window when you guys made your push for Impass, I can't say that I fault your leadership for wanting to expand, but the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence. You still have a good number of seasoned vets around and I wish you the best of luck wherever you decide on moving on to.
As far as I am aware we are one of the last four alliances left in the "NIP." Can't speak for the others but we plan on sticking it out till the bitter end. Yes, we'd prefer to see CVA get their space back rather than some outside entity take it, however at the same time we would much prefer to hold onto some of what we have. There are 84 systems in Providence, I still don't think that one alliance should hold on to an entire region because they think it is their god given right, especially in a video game of all places. I have much respect for CVA & their pilots, and I wouldn't mind coexisting in the region with them, after all the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
I fail as a diplo, and at times I consider myself to be a half-ass alliance leader, but whatever. My guys are having fun, there's been plenty of good fights to be had lately (thx NC.) and it is a welcome change from the prolonged bluefests with the PFC. As for our future in the region, let's just say some of my guys wanted to rename the 2-TEG station "The Alamo" but we found out the clowns already took the name.
Oh and finally, figured I'd post this for the dude that was told that we are blue with NC.

Point well taken, pilot.
When we moved to Providence from Venal, it was because we felt that CO2 was slowly dying and that we needed to build a supercap force to return to the north in force after rebuilding our alliance. Not long after we finished taking the space, Atlas was destroyed by Krutoj and then with their momentum, they began steamrolling through Catch. That everyone knows, of course.
Somewhere around the time when PL began tearing things up in KBP and when three -A- supers were killed in Catch, we were approached by WN and were asked if we'd like to partake in the land grab if we were to help with killing -A-. At the same time, Zuquar had some serious RL issues and lost his house and was afk for about a month before we appointed Warr Akini CEO. Nonetheless, our target was set and it was Tenerifis. We were all jovial because we thought we could gain some new space with a few nice moons and very nice true sec. Given the instability of Providence at that point, this could be our spot to build supercaps -- tucked far away and very close to our allies.
After all the stations went into their second RF, we were contacted by Init who told us they had already allotted that space for renting. Since we were there as guests of White Noise, we didn't exactly want to piss off Initiative since we didn't have any ties with them. It turns out that since the Russians had just conquered Omist, Bliss and Codin thought that we were working on the Russians' behalf and were continuing the steamroll so the Russians could have more space. Had we communicated more effectively with The Initiative, especially after seeing that they had already onlined SBUs in one or two systems, we might have been able to keep that space (as it's currently not being used by anyone) and been able to relax in eastern Tenerifis with a JB network to Provi to enjoy pew. At the time, though, our command structure was set up very poorly and Gicer and I weren't even diplos (imagine Midge Mo'yb as a diplo, it's hilarious) and it wasn't until a few months later that we got things hashed out correctly.
Looking back, I wonder how things might have turned out had Zuq been CEO or had Kuru (the original executor of CO2) come back to the game a bit earlier after his long break. I think they would have insisted on getting all the information they needed to make an informed decision rather than plunging us into Impass without effective leadership in the EU TZ (since the Serbians are mostly riding bikes atm) and completely burning out the US TZ with structure grinding. -A- played things well by pulling back. They used SE to grief us via their XWY JB and made sure that we never had a chance to settle into our new found space while -A- themselves were required to do nothing except defend the XWY ihub (they didn't even roam us very much except in the US TZ). Meanwhile, the US TZ was throwing itself against the wall with structures for hours on end. We RF'd the XWY ihub at least 4 times before we gave up on it, all in the US TZ. If anything, I applaud the guys who showed up for all those ops for their stamina. More recently, when we were talking about what to do after having lost 68FT, Warr mentioned that the US TZ needs to continue to RF structures in Feyth and Eso, to which I finally told him, "you know, we'd like to have fun in this game as well."
As Gicer said, though, I wish those who will remain in CO2 the best of luck. The two of us will be fagging it up together on a new adventure with some good buddies. Meanwhile, Kuru will take over again and I think he will be able to lead CO2 effectively, diplomatically, and with the appropriate amount of wisdom needed.
Can someone give me a quick run-down on The Kadeshi? Where do they fall in the providence blocs atm?
Take care CO2. I just wanted to point out to you on your way out the door. That it was me that gave you your first station in Providence. Then to repay this token you did what you did. Karma.... take care and GF!
They hired MC to take space for them when NOIR was transferring their space to CVA. They are blue to the NIP, but cannot field a decent fleet on their own, so they have been relying on the NIP to keep their space for them for the last few months. They have evacced most of their stuff to empire, and as such are not seen as much of threat anymore by CVA.
Hey Manny,
It was me you gave it to and i was the guy who worked with Karn etc on behalf of Zuq our old leader.
It it's any consolation i was against the move out of Provi and told them they wasnt ready for this kind of move.
....Ah but for Serbians with Russian promises....
Be nice to CO2's former renters, they paid for my Nyx.
Gicer.

I just wanted to point out to you that it was us (old provi block) that prevented any serious attack on your space. When you removed us by brining 1/3 of eve you signed your death warrant (talking about -A-). Old provi would never have allowed PL to stage from DG or amarr low sec. I'm not saying we could hold back PL but we would have try to make things bad for them. Your fight club killed it self. Karma is a bitch man.
Also i liked the posting from manny when you made cascade imminent. Don't go back to the -A- manny posts. tyvm.
another new alliance is coming out of the co2 failcascade
http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/B...K/corporations
looks like Dissonance corp will head it up
nobody on eve has any friends, we'll get to the bottom of this
don't be so arrogant to think that no one in dissonance corp bullshits with people in other channels, he only told me after you guys voted, wtf is the big deal.
Nah, he's not in Dissonance. Through analysis of Gargle Blaster's shitty rogue posting, I've deduced a few things:
He used to be in old Provi Bloc.
He joined CO2 not long after we moved to Provi, and thus before Dissonance joined.
His English is good enough to make him either Scandinavian or a native English speaker.
Therefore, I'd say he's either in NDCP, OMN, 1AIR, MMLLP, or HOH. 1AIR has already moved to Venal and is out of CO2. OMN is merging with 1AIR, so if he's in OMN, I'll probably find out through continued vigilance. MMLLP left and he continued shitposting, so it's not them. NDCP has reasonably good standards and only about 5-10 active guys who have been playing together for years. Therefore, I'd say he's from HOH, most likely one of the dudes they picked up from BKSC or MBCI when they were booted, since their corp was basically empty before that. Therefore...
...Blackcamper, is that you? That would make perfect sense.
Edit: shit, nm, black left HOH 12 days ago.
He reminds me exactly of one of the old opticon guys from dominion gaming who merged into co2 o.O
is nurmarni still in co2?
NC. are hunting for cap kills it seems. They dropped SBUs in X6AB-Y yesterday than logged a fleet off for awhile . . . Latter came back and reinforced station and Ihub.
Also: CVA 6 Year anniversary was November 30th

I do!
Empty postin
stupid misreading >.<
I'm a 404's diplo, we didn't pay anything to ev0ke and we take this constellation by ourselves. We've been there for more than a month and got stuck by the US Time Zone (You guys are proud to kill SBUs while we're sleeping), that's why absolutely nothing happenned, we didn't have real fights ...
Saying that we rent space was a nice troll and shows that EVEnews is definitely full of fail
(404 is a french speaking alliance, that's why you don't see us posting here ...)
Well best of luck to 404, you guys have been persistent, If you truly have no deals with evoke, you might want to start talking to them now. No one else is really going to try to stop you from this point out.
As far as killing SBU's when you sleep. Thats what alarm clocks are for. Just ask evoke. They seem to have overcame the time zone issue just fine.
As far as BDEAL, we have no intention of leaving provi any time soon, nor without a fight. It would seem that evoke got what they came here for and if the plethora of space being practically handed to them as other members of the provibloc evac is not enough. Then we will fight until there is nothing left but pod goo on the station walls.
Having said that best of luck to all the former provibloc guys. It's been a ton of fun and despite the trash-talk I enjoyed working with everyone.
Only time will tell what will happen next. There is one thing for certain provi is never boring.
Manfred Hideous is Vuk Lau
Nope.
Again, why the interest? I don't contribute much in the way of intel or good posts. I'm mainly here for the interesting threads and because I'm in IT (the field not the alliance) with access to read the tubes while my VMs build.
I'm curious to know because (in my opinion) I'm not worth the effort of caring about.
