Yeah, so this is where we get to piss and moan about CCP.

I'm sorry, but that statement from Kieron surpassed even my very worst fears about how vague their statement would be. I didn't expect a point by point refusal, but he has basicly addressed NONE of the allegations. The tinfoil continues, worse than before.

Now I KNOW we don't care what other people think of us, and I KNOW that we should just ignore it and do what we do. But if someone walked up to one of my close mates in the street and called him a theif and a liar, I'd want some fucking evidence, and when he was cleared of all charges I'd want it made public. This is bullshit.

I believe we were hung in the court of popular opinion whatever the results of the investigation. The bandwaggoners would never have been satisfied with anything less than half our alliance being banned and all our BP's taken away, with a statement saying 'The Witches have been Burnt!'; with nothing short of leaving us industrially crippled. Why? because it's the only way they can ever get to us. They can not do it in-game, so they hop on the nearest gravy train to try and put the boot in.

That AnthonyZ has not been outright slung off TQ is more than a little disturbing. They know this guy is an IRL malicious hacker, and yet they still let him play? I think that's going to come back to bite them in the arse more than they think. He's a fucking menace more than anyone else i've ever seen play. That is the main thing i'm disgusted at with CCP, they know this guy, they know his history, he's done it before and most likely he'll do it again and it has affected not only people have been playing since day 1, but their own employee's as well, and they still let him own accounts? :S

I am disgusted that this has got to the point that it has affected people's RL circumstance in more than 1 case. I was chatting to dbp on a roaming gang on Sunday and he said 'this shit won't stop until someone gets fucking shot in real life', and with pissy wishy washy statements like that i hope that doesn't come to pass. Because there are certainly enough fucking nut-jobs out there that can not distinguish between in-game and RL.

If anything this shit has made me personally more pro-active. None of the crying and weeping and crocodile tears is going to help when we thrash them all around the map at gun point. Repeatedly. We continue getting better and stronger at what we do, and do not give anyone so much as an ounce of quarter. And lets face it, the peanut gallery are no where near as outraged as they make out, they cry salty salty tears, they cry 'foul', they scream that the player base will be harmed, and that this conduct is most un-becoming, yet still they log in everyday, pay their fee's and just carry on. Crush them all relentlessly. Give them something to cry about for proper.

Seleene should be concentrating on destroying every single mining/capital yard pos in the north while making sure that they are getting enough pvp by randomly grabbing different stations to keep the north's carebear's crying.

A very simple check by CCP will confirm that there is no dodginess on any of my accounts.

I would happily allow CCP to release information pertaining that investigation because I have nothing to hide.

However, the very fact that I remain in the game in the light of those serious allegations should prove that no part of the EULA was broken by myself.

Quite frankly, and I did say so at the time, the dude was full of crap but it's far easier to smell the stench of deciept regardless of what is said.

Actually, if you re-read what Dianabolic wrote you will see he has neither confirmed nor denied anything.

He simply states that they were in the logs that Kugutsmen posted. You are simply looking for proof where there is absolutely none at all.

People will continue to believe what they want regardless of any proof that comes their way because every piece of proof can be denied or made up easily.

I have no way of proving my side of the case (as some people are starting to realise in this thread) and this means that I will forever be tainted in the game with accusations. I have simply no way of proving what parts of those quotes are real and what is not and even if I did have proof, the whole thing was specifically targetted at me for a reason. It is for that reason that you won't believe anything I say about the matter.

BoD members are the ones that seek to offend other people's by belittling them on public foruns.

BoD, and judging by these blogs that kugutsumen presents us, seem to get their petitions answered regarding all sorts of crap just to get other people banned from foruns/game.

I understand the statement as "The way things are going, a player might get killed over this game" Not a threat, but saying that there could be a chance someone playing the game (on either side) could be crazy enough to kill someone on the otherside.

A problem does exist though. I don't know how this is in non-US countries, but if a United States citizen were to post "I think someone should shoot the president" on their private website there could be a problem. If the president is shot and the FBI have reason to believe that the shooter saw your words/visited your site you can be held as an accomplice. Weird, but true. So if someone saw DBP's post (which probably everyone in a 0.0 alliance has by now) and then later went and killed another player (even if it had nothing to do with DBP's post) DBP can be held accountable.

A problem does exist though. I don't know how this is in non-US countries, but if a United States citizen were to post "I think someone should shoot the president" on their private website there could be a problem. If the president is shot and the FBI have reason to believe that the shooter saw your words/visited your site you can be held as an accomplice. Weird, but true. So if someone saw DBP's post (which probably everyone in a 0.0 alliance has by now) and then later went and killed another player (even if it had nothing to do with DBP's post) DBP can be held accountable.

Thats not true. If you said something like the president should be shot at such and such a time and at such and such a place you could get in trouble, but simply advocating that someone shoot the president isnt going to go anywhere. The secret service identifies thousands of "nut jobs" that say things like that a year and dismiss them.
