Yeah, we were camping 1DH which is 2 jumps from NOL (but I guess according to urfunny/dori5 that's a COMPLETELY RANDOM gate or w/e) which we've been doing for a week or so now. We weren't getting much traffic and so we hadn't had any Bobbits talk smack yet (which happens daily and they're so bad at it it's shameful), but sure enough urfunny here came through. dori5 shows up in local on the other side of the system so no scan on what he was running because he didnt even have the balls to warp to a planet near our gate to see how we were set up. He said something to the effect of "lolz, Hey guys, are you lost? Bob isn't here right now.." and then promptly jumped back out the way he'd come in.

Needless to say, I was less than impressed. Then he compounds his faggotry by talking about his OH SO noteworthy exploits of jumping around Delve and whatnot solo and "chatting" w/ Goons or w/e, clueing me in to who he is in game. Pure genius.

In F-T, according to the video, local was at 450 - Including the hostiles at that time, so probebly around 300 defenders. Secondly, it has been proven that there is no Titan there, and hence it was a decoy that resulted in the coalation losing 50 capitals, and this is confirmed by the coalation leadership - though some members cannot accept the reality and try to wish otherwise. Its the like 45 minute Iraq WMD scenario - Load of rubbish but people beleived it until after the event when they relised they were duped.

Thankfully, ccp never reimburse dreads attacking a pos since the beguining of POS warfare, so it looks like people had to dip into their pockets to replace their ships...... if they replaced them

Actually - Perception vs Reality. You are confronting reality that the war is no longer going to way you wanted so out come the accusations.

According to the people living in the regions, they are saying that bob come in, smash pos's, ambush dreads, destroy fleets then move back out while waiting for coalation to respawn. So far, according to Corelium Corp member that I spoke to, all Coalation does is head in, drop pos and run away, in a hope that perhaps ra/goon/AAA etc somehow take over in the east. If anything - The northerners are the people who are dieing trying to buy the easterners time.

Thats the problem - You are invading a NPC region and you can never take over a npc region, unless seprintis forgo their claim over fountain, or all people you are fighting ally up with you.

Well I'll fill you in on some numbers seeing as you seem to like guessing at them and I know what was sent in. 60 coalition capitals were jumped in (the rest couldn't get in) 12 of which left. 48 Capitals were destroyed 10 or so of which were carriers. The damage was spread across quite a few alliances, however the alliance that took the largest hit in terms of capital losses was RA, which lost 12 dreads IIRC. I haven't double checked my numbers that's just what I remember from the night/following day but yeah.

It was a pretty horrible loss of the coalition, but not for any one member in particular or coalition morale. The only thing it did was give more confidence to BoB et al, and they have the biggest egos and most confidence in themselves in the game to begin with. Everyone takes their knocks and it was expected from the word go even before LV fell that this would be a long term back and forth proposition, so please stop trying to make it look as if one side or the other is perilously close to defeat.

GOONS got completely raped over the weekend. It was so comical listening to the BoB guys whine about just how terrible the GOONS were at the game. Last night they were going to engage a GOON fleet that had large numbers and suddenly they are told to turn around because GOONS had just been decimated by Executive Outcomes even with a 3:1 advantage. GOONS spent the entire weekend logging off in Feyth anytime they saw a fleet come in. If you dont believe that perhaps you need to clean your ears out and listen better on TS .

AAA doing their stuff in HED? I didnt know Burn Eden was on BoB's side. RAZOR, MM, IRON are very scarce in the south now. They simply dont field many numbers anywhere near the action anymore. My guess is they are slowly heading back north as well. We will see. SNIGG are good at ganking people and get beat up anytime a BoB fleet with any muscle shows up.

The war can be summed up with the following statement: Everyone but goons does a pretty good job against the BoB friends. IRON fights hard and will bring it. MM tries their best with low numbers. D2 SUX. RA is too busy plexing which is a sad state for the coalition because they were the key. They have seriously fooled you guys into thinking they are doing YOU a favor by running the plexes and selling the isk to feed their families. GOONS, as previously stated, SUCK worse than any of the coalition, which is quite comical, as they are the ones who started the whole "Rapetrain havent any brakes."

And MC lost 2 carriers to D2 in Fade this weekend. I suspect your rumours of D2's death have been greatly exagerated. And looking at the map the front line of fighting appears to be moving back down Delkin again.

I have no doubt that no BoB guys would claim they are doing anything in the north. Other than Orange Species titan I dont seem to recall many BoB guys claiming they are winning in the north. I have heard them say the coalition is losing in the north. One would only need to browse the related killboards to understand that it is the friends of BoB who are doing the kicking up there. The sad thing is that of all of the coalition alliances D2 had the best weekend with the carrier kills. Too bad that gets offset by the 150 BS losses on the BoB killboard.

Well I'll fill you in on some numbers seeing as you seem to like guessing at them and I know what was sent in. 60 coalition capitals were jumped in (the rest couldn't get in) 12 of which left. 48 Capitals were destroyed 10 or so of which were carriers. The damage was spread across quite a few alliances, however the alliance that took the largest hit in terms of capital losses was RA, which lost 12 dreads IIRC. I haven't double checked my numbers that's just what I remember from the night/following day but yeah.

It was a pretty horrible loss of the coalition, but not for any one member in particular or coalition morale. The only thing it did was give more confidence to BoB et al, and they have the biggest egos and most confidence in themselves in the game to begin with. Everyone takes their knocks and it was expected from the word go even before LV fell that this would be a long term back and forth proposition, so please stop trying to make it look as if one side or the other is perilously close to defeat.

Unfair? To be frankly honest I think CCP saved the coalation cap fleet. Had the system not be limited to 700, then I suspect that the entire coalation fleet would have died. Remember that the alliance had bs fleets numbering 100-200+ in each system around f-t at the time, so if there was no limit, they would have jumped in to shoot capitals. It is lucky that just under 50 cap ships were lost - it could have been 100+

Thought it was 9 dreads. IAC/GOONS would have had to get to the system first. The way I understand it the BoB fleet was massed in the systems leading up to F-T, not F-T itself. If you are implying that they were going to jumpbridge directly into the system I guess they would have avoided that, but it would surely have crashed the node. Then the metagaming goonies might have had a chance since "they would wait however long it took to get back in game".

When bob lost 9 dreads, it was because they had 30-40 capital ships gank them. Good move, credit where credits due. They even managed to kill a few of the dreads attacking them as well.

But the situation in f-t was this - Bob was prepared for 1000man blob entering. Remember, bob were the guys who killed a 300man goon fleet with 90 people and goons only managed to kill a single interceptor who warped to a goon pos.

Bob was setup to destroy capital ships - They are almost masters of it. So far, they have killed a mothership, and over 150 capital ships in this war so far. They have lost less than a tenth of that number so far. Coalation forces also lost a Mothership to ISS, and MC/Outbreak killed another Mothership.

Coalation did kill a lv pos with a titan inside it, but that wont count - it aint a titan till its launched, since bob has killed capital shipyards in the past but never claimed to kill the MS that was being built in it.

In all reality - it would have been a massacre had a limit not been set in - all that would have happened is that bob would have titan blasted anyone jumping in with either of their 3 titans, and got capital ships + fleet to gun down the rest. They had 200+ people fleets in each of the surounding systems so they would have jumped in. If 90 bob can kill 300 goons with goons killing 1 bob interceptor, then imagine what would have happened if the entire bob fleet jumped in.

I did - The concensus of the forums is that there was no titan. But there is a simple solution - Get your alliance leaders to make a post stating that there was. - They wont because we all know that it was a decoy. Learn from this - Coalation can do this trick as well.

90 bob vs 300 goons and the goons only kill a interceptor that warped to the wrong pos. If you cannot beat 90 bob, how on earth do you expect to beat the entire fleet?

1. How can you win if 300 vs 90 and you only kill 1 as a fluke as he warped to a pos, and lose all 300?
2. How do you take over a NPC region?
