As far as i know CCP still cant properly track transactions between individuals using secure cans in space unless they know the characters of both recipient and patron or that the transfer is extremely specific in the nature of mods etc..., so go nuts!

Actually, CCP would have a very hard time tracking down someone who was "permabanned" (there really is no such thing possible) unless the person revealed themselves.
For K, his problem most likely would be being ratted out if he rejoined any of the groups he played with before, probably from the moment he got in voice comms.
Frankly, I think his permaban was very unjustified, especially given that T20 was not fired, and Dianabolic also wasn't banned.

Just like an abused housewife, I'm playing again. Eve beats me, but it tells me it loves me afterwards. As soon as I logged on a bunch of people I used to play with jumped me. I'm missed it seems.

I'm doing to opposite atm. My subs run out in the next few days and i don't know if i want to re-sub yet; if i don't find some project like a corp to ripoff or an interesting alliance to infiltrate I'll probably hibernate till Dominion till i start ruining the game for people again.
