The amount of time, money, and bile that this kid has invested to combat a meta game is pretty astounding. The obsession to topple our community is unhealthy. Yeah we are dickheads in a video game. This kid has pretty much jeopardized future employ-ability to try and bring a group of meta-gaming dickheads down. His parents need to notice this and get help to address this way of thinking and behavior.

Message to James: Walking away will really be the most constructive decision. You'll learn from this, and grow to be a better person from it. Reflect inward on what drove the obsession and try to tackle that moving forward. If you can beat it now, your life won't be as emotionally tumultuous. The gentleman who called you didn't do it to bully you. He called you to point out that we genuinely want you to have a shot at normal formative years. If your guardians aren't aware of the damage you are doing to your future, then maybe they should be. He is giving you the opportunity to embrace the situation and shed the obsession coupled with denial. Please don't throw it away and cause more real life drama for yourself.
