Also, writing in all caps makes it seem like you're shouting and is generally considered to be poor netiquette.

If I forget thee, O Goonfleet dot com, let my right hand forget her typing.
Before we know it jeff will have his poetry leaked on kugu.
Maybe he was a military photographer as well.
you're a shit poster that your own HUGE COALITION hates
lol
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
and now ive outted myself
SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT
jeff as much as i know ur a chill dude from being on OG mumble and playing BF3, the use of caps today has been astonishing, i think its time to make your medication meight.
Most important development: male exotic dancers.
[05:28:32] Damienwhat Solette > friend said, if only they didn't have those 2 falcons there, i said they have 3, and he said that just says they don't want to do anything fair, just want to be dicks about it like not normal dicks but big black huge cocks
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
i've never been in goons or nesw how does that line up nerd
he's stupid is how

Now I see why nobody wants to hang out with PL. Who could put up with the amount of shitposters and "lol at the end of every post" badgimmicks? Or the awful use of caps? Or the highly-insulting "you're just cowards lol" that gets bandied about everywhere? Or the "This is actually just an elaborate meta-troll" bullshit that we can expect from, say, Jeffraider, any minute now?
This latest titan nerf has really brought out your bad side.
Goons must feel how we felt when we heard the MAV was getting nerfed in BF3.
:John Caffeine:
So let me pose a serious question. Does the Kugu community feel PL was dealt a blow? Do you feel smug and righteously vindicated?
Let me pose a serious question. Anyone know if I can edit the data dump DB in pyfa to change the titan settings and test some fits?
Pretty sure the general sentiment is that PL will be just fine; NCDOT and RaidenDOT not as likely.
I will say this will probably do you guys some good, as you've been looking a little flabby lately with the titan drop emergency brake almost always available. Some eft-warrioring and experimentation to find the new premiere ownzone doctrines will probably do you some good, and separate the wheat from the chaff a bit.
Initially it is a blow to everyone who owns a titan. Though PL are most known for their ability to find the next edge and be the 1st to pioneer it so no. NCdot and Raidendot however will be running around in circles smacking into each other until you show them what the next thing is and spend around 12 months trying to copy it.
No, they'll adapt just fine. Supercaps are still very good, they just aren't the backbone of the fleet anymore. PL has always been able to field talented and diverse fleets and they tend to adapt relatively quickly to change, not to mention they still have a lot of allies who share their interests. Those allies make up a fleet almost our size in all practical terms so things shouldn't change too much.
shame about that amamake gatecamp isnt it
The best part about this is that everyone in the EVE-O forums thinks goons engineered this. Of course, the serious tinfoils know that with CCP Diagoras tracking statistics out of the TQ database, he realized that soon Goonswarm Federation, along with their allies, will have a larger Titan fleet than PL, Raiden. and NC. combined. Once Soundwave was notified, any and all methods of nerfing Titans were back on the table, even with the upcoming Titan rebalancing due in Inferno 1.5. That was the straw that broke the camels back - the fact that the King of [s]Trolls[/s] Space would have at his trolling disposal a subcap blapping armada and (unlike PL, Raiden or NC.) would use it to grief the fools of EVE.
Goons didn't just win EVE, CCP just completed trolling goons' new Titanfleet.
These changes are bad and don't address the bigger problem.
Supercapitals counter capitals way too hard. All you had to do was tweak the tracking formula so BCs and under were harder to track, get rid of the instant kill doomsday for capitals and tweak titan dps all around. Let the age of capital dominance come back as people think they have more counters (titans did too but it was easier to take up the bawwww stance). Welcome to coalition > anything else.

Hint, use math, not very hard. Divide the tracking by 2 vov.
Or you can use this guide.
Skills do not stack with anything, neither do implants or boosters. So if you are working with your base scan res of 5, do 5 * 1.25 (25% for signature analysis V) * 1.06 (6% scan res implant) * 1.1 (10% squad commander bonus) to get 7.2875. Assuming you want to fit a 6% scan res implant in your head, that's going to be your starting scan res for anything you want to do. Let's say you want to see what your post-nerf titan will have scan res wise with 3x brynn sensor boosters w/scan res script.
Stacking penalties decrease your bonus's on stacked modules as follows:
1: 100% strength
2: 87% strength
3: 57% strength
4: 28% strength
5: 10.5% strength
A brynns sebo w/ scan res gives a 68% bonus to scan res, so take 68 and multiply by your percentages to find what your mutliplier will be.
1: 68%
2: 68 * .87 = 59.16%
3: 68 * .57 = 38.76%
So then multiply your bonus's to get your scan res. 7.2875*1.68*1.5916*1.3876 = 27mm scan res. Adding a fourth Brynn sebo will give you 32.13~. Using 33mm scan res, you can lock an average battleship (420 signature) in around 26 seconds. Alternatively, due to CCP's stupid locking formula, you can lock MWD'ing drakes (~2000m signature, just estimating here) in 18 seconds (The larger the object gets the slower the increase in lock speeds become vov vov vov).
Alternatively ratios work here, so if you want to just work with your current titan fit in EFT, just take your base scan res and your final scan res and find the ratio, and then multiply 5 by that ratio, and you will find your post-nerf titan's lock speed.
For example, an Erebus has a base scan res of 40, and using 2x shadow serpentis sebo w/scan res scripts, squad commander 10% bonus and all lvl 5 pilot skills (no scan res implant), I get a scan res of 142mm. 142 divided by 40 is 3.55. Post-titan nerf my titan will have a scan res of 5 * 3.55 = 17.75. Yes the ratio is a lot easier, but understanding the math behind how to get high scan res's from a base of 5 is nice to know if you want to try to blap battleships again at some point.
Yeah, I was thinking they would make some kinda counter to actually kill Titans more often, not make people not use them.
I want to see titans die, alot, and this isn't going to help that.
This is a good time for internet artists to advertise custom signature making services. People like Centra will be the first on the long waiting list.
It's amusing to see everyone who unironically thought titans were an anti-blob weapon, and how this nerf has removed the only "blob counter".
There are a few things that are anti-blob, but I wouldn't exactly put titans in that group.
Selling off all the titans, RMTing the isk, mass purchasing ISboxer and buying up all the accounts because what matters now in EVE:
Nothing but numbers.
Until they find a way to make groups like the CFC unable to field 1000 or more members, then the game is just as broken as it was before, only there is now one less counter, leaving only bombers, and as much as some of you hate titans, others of us hate bombers (literally, I refuse to even learn how to FC them, my plan is simply to bitch and whine at CCP until this thing I don't want to learn how to deal with is somehow removed from the game. I have a working blueprint to go off of).
Also now i guess its time to get the band together for one last party, and see what kind of damage 100+ turrent titans can do to a coalition.
hey guys lets go get our shit locked down in vfk again
your tears are amazing grath
