God damn we had a kid like that in my Music class one year. He only stayed for 3 weeks, but he was unbearable - was really touching feely with people he barely knew, totally inappropriate, and just annoying as shit in general. That class was one of my favourites in school, really open and everyone got along well, but those 3 weeks were horrible.

It gets better though ; he kept hitting on my brother and apparently tried to stroke him when he one day he happened to go to the pub this guy's parents owned. While I found that hilarious at the time, one weird dude.

I have always loved FCing in TEST and i always felt loved by most of you guys which was really great, and im writing this for that people who liked me and to explain them why i will be gone for good.

Some of you guys may know, but i have had several "issues" with our military directors over the last few months, where they dont like certain attitudes of me. I think what they find most annoying of me its that i have always been a guy who voices his opinion and love discussing about things with arguments, however that can be an issue when they just want to do something and not have someone question them, which i can really understand, can be annoying for some people.

I am not a guy that loves to work under a "Take this order" structure, i am one guy that is used (as its how i work IRL) to a team effort, where even the boss its part of the team and we all can talk and discuss things and, i will argue with my boss about the decisions he makes, and he loves me doing that, as we usually improve as a team by doing so.

It was probably even worse for our military as i am really active (im almost always in jabber and i have done way too many fleets lately) and they had to deal with me being there all the time.

With the new change of the military directorship i got the the point that, through several disucssions, i realized that im a hassle to them and they really dont want to deal with me anymore, but on the other side im a good FC, so they wouldnt kick me because of it. I have been asked to just get away from everything, most fleets included and just take a "break" for a bit so things can "cool off", however, when the discussion and arguments arent a tool and the only option its "Just get out" all hope is gone for me. I dont think a "just be gone 2 weeks and then come back" will solve anything, the underlaying problem its still there, they dont want to deal with my personality.

For that reasons, i have decided on my own will to quit all my roles and just free them from my "annoying" personality, mostly because its better this way for them, i bet overall in the long term they will be a bit happy to see me go away, and also because this way i will get to be happier, as i dont like (it feels really awful) to work under someone who doesnt like you.

I dont know what's on the future for me, but i know that the only thing i love to do in this game is FCing, and as i cant do that here anymore i will probably look for new people who would like to have me around. (Hint: spys, i am open for options :3).

This wasnt a easy decision for me, in fact i spilled more than one irl tear because of this, as i really loved FCing in TEST with our culture and our newbros, who always made the fleets funny and amazing, the people and the culture its something i will miss, however this will be better for our military directorate, probably not for you guys, but its the way things are.

Having nothing else to add, i wish you all a farewell, as i will be gone from TEST as soon as i get my stuff out and find a viable option for me to continue playing EvE doing what i love, which is FCing.
