I have been keeping an eye on GBBS in SHC on the war that's going on in Delve since the epic spy disband of the alliance- Not seeing a lot of actual information on the progress of the war... This is probabily because nobody on bob's side is writing reports like Shadoo, which resulted in him getting a lot of credibility that I suspect he does not deserve (thinking back about his reports on CR and Fountain with REQ... he lies about certain details on a regular basis, although nobody seemed to be able to bust his balls).

There were certainly a lot of back and forth smack about numbers. Sacul seems to contend that Bob is outnumbered and that is why they are locked in PR- now, unable to do anything, whilest all the chest-beating by Fredo, Shadoo and KIAEddez (lol KIA) about how they are super-well-coordinated this time and they don't actually have superior numbers, they are just more l33t etcetc.

So, from my bob (or ken) former corpmate's point of view, what is going on over there? How goes the war?

from someone who aint a bobit but has been flying near by i can tell you the bobits are far outnumbered. Nearly 2/1 or more as far as i can see. And thats with goons and co still keeping reserves incase needed :S BOBITS are in trouble unless -A- comes to save em. Which i think they are from what i seen

The thing that tipped me over was when PL lost a 100 man fleet to BoB in curse and before one post or mention was made PL went to shc saying it was a suicide fleet and Shadoo planned that hours before.
Truth of the matter was that we raped them in a skirmish and then they warped to the wrong spot and got bubbled to hell and back while they first tried to run away they lost 20 hacs. Only then did their fc decided to stay and the hacs came back in dying horribly.

Anyhow in Delve we did ok-ish but Shrike/ Molle made the dumbest mistake ever by jumping in his tita in 8wa. It got tackled and died, loss was retarded. That afternoon NC warped carriers to the gate and Molle wanted to force a cap fight so he ordered all caps inc. a MS to the gate at 0. If he would have done it to 50 or 100 it might have been ok but at 0 just gave the enemy a easy warp to point. Cyno opened and 50 enemy dreads came in, 8 carriers and a MS dead. Thats was a welp day and demoralizing.
That day we are ordered to group in pr- from a previous split over 3 systems. As soon as we group we get superior numbersbedby 800 enemies and all pos shot in reinforced. 17 bubbles on all pos 20 bubbles on station. b00m we are effectivly cut in half since also bob and gbc are complete idiots and dock in stations when ordered to a ss or pos for logoffski.

Thats where we are atm. Leadership is absent except for Dice mostly. Tholarim of Dice just decided we are gonna do our own shit untill Molle and the other top leaders can get their heads out of their asses.

The other day we had a alliance gang of 450, NC etc had 600 and in their staging system of 319 another 150 of which most are cap pilots. When they say they left some alliances behind and they didnt bring every tom dick and mary they are flat out lying or pointing to the crap alliances they left up north like wildly inapropriate. Its ok, they are getting payback and are dancing on the ashes of Delve, cant blame them.

Us Dice members have a great ol blast tho since we roam in hacs/recons but for rkk and bnc etc it must be hell. Leaders arent doing anything for them. IRC is very active but in game its mostly dice and other corp pilots joining dice for the time being.

Can't resist to my inner evilness, so short inaccurate recap of recent history:

- Sacul becomess boss of Wreck : break from Triumvirate who soon folds
- Sacul takes UNAT to empty Cloud Ring, and looses it to PL blitzkrieg
- Sacul spots Goodfellows conquering Deklein, so Wreck joins in : the region lost to invading NC without much fight
- Sacul joins BOB : the entire alliance collapses

Oh, and no, don't correct the obvious mistakes, only add plausible alternatives

No shit. Most ppl on SHC may not see this, but I think Shadoo's so called "battle reports" are more propaganda than truthful account of the events that took place, and nothing remotely close to "entertaining" those who read it.

This is a commander on one side of the war who is directly responsible for all the things he writes about. Now, in real life, people can easily see the conflict of interest and question the integrity of those reports, but in Eve, everyone gobbles the lies up like a bunch of voluntary North Koreans.

From the other side of the trench of course, as we have been together before, I get really fed up with his lies. I mean, sure, he is just doing his job as a PL muppet. But the whole pretense about being "evidence based" and "as objective as possibly could" and the mask of civilty that disguises the barbaric intent underneath just sickens me. What is really needed, is someone on the GBC side who does an equally good job at reporting, to tell the same story with GBC's own propaganda enclosed, but "as objective as possible...". The funny thing is that Shadoo and I actually got along fine and respected eachother untill i started questioning him in priv. mail and in public shc. It seems now im a raving faggot who losses to the l33tness that is PL. I dont really feel like becoming that guy on GBC side much either. SHC is one big circle jerk of friends and fanboi's i rather keep it to when i want to post instead of feeling that i must post to get my side's opinion across.

tbh PL holds the record i think. Old alliance leaders, old ceo's etc etc. They also hold the record of station huggers who only undock or log in when a cap or supercap is needed :P (This is coming from a few i know in pl).

For 4 whole days they neglected to capture one of the Goon stations while holding >51% sov in the cons. This dumbest of mistakes results in Goons having sov long enough for the pos to finish its Titan build in un-touchable sov4 mode :-[

Its a pretty epic cockup seeing as they moved heaven and earth to kill posses and spam posses all over the cons and it being the reason they aint meddling in Delve much. ::

Of course they are outnumbered, I dont think anyone is saying in terms of raw numbers the coalition has less, but its kind of ridiculous to say "BoB member's aren't logging in to eve and or are station spinning, hence you are superior numbersbing them"

Unless Sacul has been PMing with "Shadoo" as opposed to "NESW-Shadoo" -- I've never recieved a PM from him on SHC or any other forum. I did sit in a channel Leandra made and got on with him fine, my issue with him on GBBS is around reporting numbers in fights.

He always argues them, yet provides no numbers of his own. If you don't agree with the report -- fine -- make your counter point and don't go all huffy if the other view didn't correspond with yours.

For someone so taken up by "lying and spinning" -- his recollection of events in H-A seems pretty rich to me .

So basicly it was 300 superior numbersbers vs 700ish freedom fighters, sadly they only reinforced 4 posses, and the russians had ADD and went home. So when we the evil superior numbersbers had 400 they decided to warp out of the pos. The bobbits/friends stayed and fought.
After 3 hours the field cleared, now with 550 PL/NC/GOONS alive and 100ish bobbets since it had turned into US tz and bobbets had gotten badly raped due to not bringing new ships and failing to do dps.

I have wondered why wr3ck was interesting enough to make a post about when i stepped down as Ceo and joined Dice (as a grunt), the reason i came up with is that we fought PL for a long time so there might be interest on this forum.
