We've apparently pissed off 70% of the 0.0 players in game by denying their attempts at having all of 0.0 blue. So the largest napfest in eve history has been created in order to kill the NC and finally make their dream of having everyone with 0.0 space blue, a reality.

Our best intel suggests an invasion spearheaded by IT/Atlas starting in the next 2-3 weeks, sometime between now and April 1st. IT will go headlong into tribute through taisy, Atlas will go into Vale of the Silent through obe. Solar/RA/IRC will attack Tenal through colbalt edge/venal aiming first for the OE- Constellation. ROL/Init./Tri will attack pure blind based out of NPC stations and possible 5th and 6th front in both Branch by WN/XXdeath and Deklein by 3rd parties.

As you can see, they mean to remove the NC from owning space and have amassed enough alliances to have a shot at doing it by sheer number of people in their gangs.

What to do to prep for it?
-Limit your assets in Tenal to the S-EVIQ/BKG Stations. These are our two main stations and they above any other stations are the most secure.
-Get anything you don't want to risk to empire.
-Get extra BS in S-E/BKG/H-W/Otsasai
-Set-up Jump clones in above stations to avoid station camps.


We are still staged in H-W, we need everyone to have combat assets ready to go for when this kicks off. As of this post you can consider whatever quasi break we have been on, over. Be in staging, be in gang.

All Delve II-relevant standings except for MM/RZR<->Legion were around since MAX which passed on to the war in the south until Haargoth worked the magic and moved the battlefield from the eastern to western parts of the south. So no, the coalition didn't form to initially kill but fend off the GBC. But I guess that's pettifoggery....

They never really cleared Deklein, they put some pressure there and defensively IRON and Pure just self-imploded, it was that fly-by-night alliance I forget the name of that cleared most of Deklein of the stragglers. The problem imo was that GBC didn't plow through them (either to blue or just bowl through because they were really terrible) and hit Razor. Defensively, Razor isn't as good as MM imo and offensively MM isn't as good as Razor, combined we have a pretty good symbiotic relationship but a fair chunk of Branch was recently reclaimed from Insurgency and in general Razor didn't have the same level of fortitication that we did in Tribute so it would have been a much easier target.

BoB didn't blue that many people, they just had their GBC mostly and worked occasionally with Tri and the other mob to mostly attempt to hotdrop a cap fleet now and then. We had the party wagon out for Delve 1 and 2. By that time Bob had a pretty substantial list of people in general in nullsec they had pissed off over the years.

While most of the south is blued I still doubt many of the entities dislike us enough to march over the other side of the universe, most probably have little to gain out of it, many of the blue-ballers are blue largely because they don't want to fight and can have their corner of space if they co-operate, nothing wrong with that.

I'd be surprised if significantly more came north than what was involved in Delve 2, but you don't really need more. Size is good up to a certain point, once you have enough then being too slow and cumbersome well past what you need to have the advantage tends to hurt more than help. As hard as it may be to say, we fought a lot more effectively after Iron, Pure and Hydra bit the dust, it is just far easier coordinating a smaller group of entities than a larger group.

And yes, ccp has said that about 90% of the EVE playerbase never leaves empire. When people say 70% of EVE they really mean 70% of nullsec EVE, who cares how many empirites dislike you?

Beyond the first week of Delve 2 (when entities like IRC dipped their toes) it was just RAWR/RZR/TCF, PL, and Goons (did I miss anyone? SoT might've been there a few weeks longer..). Definetely a formidable force but hardly 70% of nullsec. Infact other NC alliances were deliberately dissuaded from coming to Delve because it would have become an overcomplicated clusterfuck. They played an important role elsewhere, ditto XIX did, against alliances that could have prevented us doing the job in Delve.

Fact is pulling 1200 or 1400 (what was the real figure?) people into 49- one evening does not win a war. The side that won was the one that sustained numbers by ensuring members were motivated and enjoying the war, minimised organisational overhead and diplomatic hassles, and also controlled related conflicts with efficient, coordinated force deployment around the map.

Getting a bit sick of people saying the blob always wins in EVE because if Delve 2 proved anything it was exactly the opposite. Same could be said about the first half of MAX.

A multi-vector attack by multiple alliances simultaneously will be the smartest move - and it remains to be seen how committed the "Guest" alliances and NC B Team will be to trashing their own territories, income sources etc to come and help out in Fortress Tribute. But fuck me dead - I wish they'd just stop conjecturing about it and get on with it tbh. Should be very interesting how the NC as a whole responds, and how far the SC commit to pushing it.
