AAA is entirely co-opted by MC/FIX now. You only have to look at some Eve history to know what to expect. Atlas is also increasingly the 'new LV', not because they occupy LV's old space, but their standings, timezome and general competence mirror what LV was before they blued BoB in 2006.
For example, you can expect use of overwhelming numerical superiority and risk-free supercapital blobbage (a la Prohibition II and now Providence) to continue with the 'new AAA'. At some point, if things go well in the north, there will be some soft resets , but I don't expect any big toys to ever come danger. If Seleene or Manfred feel bored, there may even be another Tortuga.
This is why I respect IT quite a bit even if they are filled with terrible pubbies -- they actually risk supercapitals and other assets in wars. AAA on the other hand, like MC before it, are pussies and not even that good.

Yorda you just don't recognise AAA's achievements, they have killed PVP powerhouses such as Huzzah Federation, Axiom Empire, Knights of the Southern Cross, and now CVA.

Given the current state of 0.0 politics, if that is true then MM coming down to support CVA is basically the final nail in CVA's coffin.

Hes right about the part where CVA will only have stations if AAA/Atlas get bored. I don't think Providence will be taking back any stations though, with Dominion, If the Proviblock manage to successfully reinforce space AAA/Atlas and their allies only have to CTA on one of timers to save the space. I think the only reason why AAA/Atlas threw 600 people around in the sev3rance and STEEL systems is because of Solidas XX and Daisho pressuring them to do so. At least from Scrapheap, Atlas forums, and UK forums, seems to be alot of bitching about constant CTAs and moaning about bringing too much that they aren't getting fights. I doubt they will throw the same 600 people around the remainder of southern Providence, and will most likely just slowly siege the rest of Providence if nothing else major breaks out in the next few weeks. I'd also imagine AAA & Atlas renters will probably do some light work contesting systems if they have their hand held to earn brownie points.
I think if the systems are cynojammed then Ushra'Khan can probably defend the systems themselves against ex-Providence gangs though. And if they are succesful AAA/Atlas or a member of the SC can be batphoned in. Thats if providence numbers remain as they are now (180-220ish for CTA'd fleets) Whether or not they can still bring these numbers now that Steel and -7- has been evicted will remain to be seen. The carebears in sev3rance and Cold Steel Alliance have obviously already taken off. Cold Steel seems to have shedded quite alot of their members (down 100 or so, no corps left, which indicate internal problems)

Morale also seems to be fairly low since most people wanted to go down fighting, but when Atlas/AAA show up with a good 400+ more people than Providence had in fleet theres just literally nothing you can do. Alot of the PvPers feel blueballed. And alot of the Carebear types feel that its pointless fighting because they'll just batphone a bigger fleet when they meet equal odds.

The interesting thing about being in UK is the amount of rage directed at us, when we were just roaming we got grief from provi for not deploying capitals and making grabs at sov, when we were living in curse we got abuse for not holding any sov or stations, when we were living on the sofa of .-A-. we got called a great many names, once we got a little corner of space to call our own we were subjected to a tirade of insults about being pets, when we rolled SSI up into a tidy little bundle we got abuse, when we claimed J6, z-r etc we were accused of cheating, and now that we're taking offensive action against provi and challenging sov we are subject to a lot of rage.transforming from elite ~wolfpax~ into something noone likes
When exactly did you approve of what UK were doing? Its fairly obvious to me now that regardless of what we do someone will object to it, so its best not to care overly and just enjoy ourselves. There are those who HATE us with such an unholy undying passion that if a UK member posts on this board they will promptly show up to call them a faggot and decry them for the standard of our posting (often in the same breath). Why should we worry about their opinion? The only thing that would make those people happy is UK dissolving.

Very unlikely unfortunately, would be really fun to see AAA vs IT, shame it won't happen. if AAA do launch a campaign, its way more likely to be against the north.

I didnt mean CVA when I wrote that part, I was just going off some experiences from third parties here and on other forums. TBH I have (had? they might hold a grudge) a couple of friends in CVA and have always had a healthy respect for them, the fact that they tend not to post much outside of IGS on eve-o probably helps their case with the greater eve community, posting on CAOD for example seems to be totally counter productive unless your goal is to get set red by everyone in eve. Anyhow, sorry for going off on a bit of a tangent, just a little observation on perceptions and why trying to please people is a pointless endevour.

Basic truths for alliances in EVE: Regardless what you do, you get hate from some people. Period. An alliance is "fail" if: They are small, if they are large, if they have friends, if they have no friends, if they bring caps, if they don't bring caps, if they fight against superior numbers, if they don't fight against superior numbers, if they have space, if they have no space, if they base out of NPC stations, if they don't base out of NPC stations, if they break NAPs, if they don't break NAPs, if they do NIPs, if they don't do NIPs ... it doesn't matter. Half the complaints (in each category) are people genuinely upset about others "playing the game wrong", the other half are trolls.
That said, of course, U'K is Doing It All Wrong, needs to stop this 0.0 silliness and come back home to the Republic! :-)

The plan to hit 11 systems at once came from our overlords, not from the installed pets. -A- and Atlas came up with the idea "to get shit over with quickly" so we smashed everything at once. Looking at the ease of which it went, the lightish complaints out of the individual alliances. Id say the test has been completed sucessfully.
Aslong as we blob enough to stop you from comming in its fairly easy to do that many at once, it doesnt seem many people are mad enough about 8 days of constant CTA to stop doing it.
I'd be willing to bet money on it that if we only used the -A- or Atlas fleet to start everything off. That the 200m Provifleet would not have engaged. Its not like there wouldnt be 300 dudes sitting on a titan waiting for bridge. And even proviscouts cant miss that.
We tried XHQ like that the 2nd time. And there were no more shows. We tried it on some of the more "out of TZ" timers in the 2 constellations. But there were no more shows.
Im completely agreeing though that the newly installed pets are going to have a hard time in the first couple of weeks. Lots of angry Steel and Severance emoing. Not to mention the wardecs Steel threw at some of the alliances.
Personaly i was hoping on some epic GENOS gangs harrasing everything and everyone. But even that seems to be missing currently.
Most of the alliances installed are fresh and anywhere close from being p. good. It will be interesting to see how they will deal with the next months of harrasment and incursions. Id love random drops, im not really motivated by "lets go kill 200 POS they left behind and carebear untill we reset our neighbours in a few weeks"
Oh, by the way. The alliances installed in providence know they are getting reset by our overlords at the end of this campaign. Its probably why most of them agreed with the deal.
Who wouldnt want to live in a region with neuts living 4 jumps away, capfights around the corner and a big bro to call on incase shit goes downhill or when you feel like having 300+ fleets. Perfect place for PVP corps/alliances imho.

Providence has always been -A-'s practice and recoup region. If they recruited loads of noobs, they poked a provi tower and the next day they had a 300m blob to put their 300m blob against. Same for roams and anything else.
