7 Tach apoc is the only viable fleet apoc setup. Anybody who fits a 8 tach apoc has a seriously shit setup and probebly ends up doing less damage since they drop heatsinks etc for Powergrid mods. Any pvp corp/alliance with a clue uses 7 tach apoc.
Basically its like the guy who wears super skintight jeans and ends up unable to walk because of lack of circulation!
I remember when evil thug used to use a 6 tach apoc, back when you really needed 2-3 targeting enhancers on apocs to shoot at 150km range with Aurora L.
Every carrier should have a triage mod and all capitals should have faction EANM's (they're only 20mil).
