after removing all theoretical forms of steganography and possible methods ip address harvesting and anything else that would give away a spy leaking forum posts, cflux of bob(kenny) is outed by my title.

That's some pretty massive fail from someone who's supposed to be a spy. And yeah...the 1st time I saw mazz call me a spy I was WTF and I almost PMed her to ask for a duel so we straighter it out.

It was pretty manageable for the parts where I wasn't afk in a POS. If you're talking about the warping on and off of the gate, that was fine. My problem was graphical lag, my CPU can't keep up.

Edit: Also, for those of you wondering, I am fairly sure that half of the amateurs (such as myself) who do work for Kugu are more competent than either cflux or spathi.

No, I had a sig I updated every 25 people with a tally I updated after every person. When I hit 200 I did a "heh" and there was a fucking shitstorm about it. We were talking about turning my title into a script with the number but Solo is against the idea.

I think I'm at 225 or so.

that's a good safety measure because kugutsumen is incapable of creating websites NOT named kugutsumen.com that you may inadvertently visit some day. other eve websites cannot possibly have any ulterior motives whatsoever. personally i leave my computer exposed and unsecured unless i become paranoid about any particular site by their overt themes of hacking and underhandedness.

It's NoScript, so it's disabled everywhere unless I enable it. Regardless, as adept as Kug is at pilfering information, I don't feel like taking any unnecessary risks. Consider it a compliment for Kug, I think so highly of his abilities that I'm scared stiff.

You don't have to worry about things you don't trust. Quite the opposite. I would be more worried about SHC, EVE files, etc... if I were you.

An attacker doesn't need people to sign up on their public forum to compromise them. I'm trying to grow this site so why should I fuck with our users base?

ahh well that makes sense, it was a bit laggy for me as well..but in a ceptor i could outrun the shit that was coming towards us from that gate. silly call, un-needed deaths ect...

I think what's going on is that in Mazz's title it was set to display <currentloggedinuser> is a spy. So, when BoB copy/pasted from the post (title included) to their forums, it also included the name of the character that they were logged in to the forums as.

Pretty clever trick.
