"Innocent until proven guilty" doesn't work for players. If the players need to PROVE a gm has done something, you might as well let the GMs do anything they like. CCP will never share their internal evidence and a smart GM can ensure players never see actual proof. In the end it's up to the players to trust CCP's own investigation. When CCP's response to accusations of wrongdoing is an immediate "We're sure he didn't do anything, he's a good guy really!" then there can be no trust.
Players have to make accusations, CCP has to do a thorough and fair investigation. I will withhold judgment on whether or not the enslaver has done anything wrong, but I expect CCP to investigate and not just cry about kugutsumen. However if the enslaver is either sunshine or zhainius he should be nailed to a fucking wall simply for the conflict of interest.

Enslaver doesn't appear to have done anything wrong. Since he became a GM he hasn't used the titan and hasn't really been playing Enslaver anyway.
I'm guessing he actually handled the transition well, and was fully prepared to give up his Enslaver character when he became a GM. This isn't cheating. It's pretty cool that a senior player became a GM, so I'm fine with that.
Cheating is if he, as a GM, was actively helping LV cheat their way to victory. Clearly that hasn't happened

I was in LV for quite some time and I can confirm that Enslaver doesn't have anything to do with the direction of the alliance, the only thing he did was to help organise the outpost projects.
As a member of FATAL I left LV when they did, We didn't leave "a sinking ship" as you put it. We left on good terms with LV because we weren't enjoying the lagged nodes / fleet battles and wanted to try somthing on our own on a smaller scale.
The Enslaver is a cracking bloke and I doubt he would ever abuse his position, To those of you compairing Enslaver being a GM to Remidial, Your idiots. Remidial is an alliance leader, dictator if you will. Enslaver is simply a director in an LV Corp.
