i've always like the idea of D&D more than the reality (sitting in a room all day with sweaty nerds
rolling dice and arguing about rules oh god).

i do like CRPGs based on the D&D rules, tho (baldurs gate, nwn, etc).

if there were an easy way to play with others live over the interweb i'd be into that to an extent.
