Whole story:
Exceed gang with 2 or 3 Tri in it camps a jumpbridge in M-O.
A Nyx jumps in and gets bubbled outside of shields. No other Tri gang nearby enough to help, but PL is close and apparently so is BoB. PL arrives after about 10 mins or so, and BoB another 5-10 mins later, but the Nyx had been slowly making headway towards the bubble. He got into the shields just after the bobbits arrived, and was at 20% armor (roughly) at the time.

I agree, but wasn't on the op. Tri were blue because they were with exceed and for some reason we have a couple fcs who like to suck exceed dick or something. Not because of any love for tri, the ex tri members we do have didn't exactly leave on great terms with the rest of tri either.
Tempblue is tempblue, that's pretty much it, although if TRI want to rent Fountain I'm sure we can make arrangements.

How about this scenario.
You get told by a friend that they have a titan tackled and need help. You rush there and start shooting the titan and it starts getting to low armor. This is when your friend decide to tell you he also contacted a hated enemy and they are going to jump in any second now and want to shoot the titan too. You have roughly equal to less than what they have and if you decide to engage them you are going to lose the tackle on the titan. What do you do say fuck it, let the titan get away and go fight your hated enemy on the jump in? Or just continue firing and kill the other guys onces you've looted the titan wreck?
I know what i would do.

I'm curious as to why PL is attacking MM motherships instead of going after what their whole ranting goal of kicking Bruce out of Fountain was for, and that was going after BoB 'til they are destroyed. Bruce carebeared their way into fountain, pissed off many people which thought Bruce were going to help fight BoB, then pissed off PL, and inherently got kicked out. Now you have PL going after the NC people which would probably have the same goals on destroying BoB's "MAX" goals, but instead get to see PL and BoB somehow working together to destroy one of their Moms.
PL can spin the story however they want to the public, but in the eyes of the people being shot at the time, PL and BoB were working together.
MM have the goals of sit in tribute and mine for as long as possible. So it really doesn't matter to us much about their mothership.

Most of the NC are after NPC ratting and isk making. PL is for shooting shit, so its obvious why they would shoot a MM ms

I understand the "need" to shoot things, but... apparently you just like skipping over other points made in my last post. PL claims to have destroyed Bruce because of Bruce unwillingness to fight BoB or let PL use Fountain as a staging point to assault BoB. PL takes Fountain, rents it to pets. PL now has a worry-free staging area to attack BoB. PL is now primed to aim their guns South, does a 180, goes north to shoot 'not-BoB.'
Honestly, if your pure lusting desire was to shoot things, BoB space was RIGHT THERE. So really, using the "OMG we needs to shoots things!" as an excuse doesn't really make sense.
I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but BoB has sent most of their pilots up north, and there isn't much found in their actual space.

I might be wrong, but I think PL want ship vs ship action which is fun, and not "Alliance vs NPC structure 30 jumps away in delve" action. POS warfare is boring as hell and will result in boring crap like doomsdays from 10 titans etc etc
Fighting GBC in the north is not going to be that exciting either since all they do is seige pos with cap/supercap. So that leaves the problem of who to kill.

All in all, I really don't care who PL shoots at, but they were the ones that said they wanted to continue fighting BoB, yet they seem to have many pilots that are more interested in dicking around with the NC, shooting the carebears. Is it ex-Tri with a sore ass or is it actually just a lack of interest in shooting BoB titans?
