Question to CYVOK re the Titan Kill
I know you read these forums CYVOK as ive seen you post.
Also know that I helped pay for that ship, and I was there in ASCN to the end.
What I want to know is, did you really log with agro?
The reason I am asking is that now that we know about the passife target exploit, you could have been flagged again using it through the POS shield and would not know it.

I was told point blank by CCP that the Titan would not be reimbursed reguardless of the outcome of any investigation.
I 100% did not have arrgo (to my knoledge) when I CTD'd. I DID NOT log out.
My logs showed that I used a weapon 18 minutes before my CTD. I was on team speak and my girl friend was on her eve account when bob started shooting my ship. I tried to log in several times for over 30 minutes and was stuck at charcter selection. Nothng I could do.
The rest is history.

Thank you for replying CYVOK :-) like Kotetsu Rein I too am keen to talk about the details. Considering the D2 titan just went pop to a much similer thing CCP really screwed up when they made ships that can not dock. There is no safe way to log the dam things off within the game currently.
On a purely personal note, I liked you as a boss CYVOK I had fun in ASCN.

Turn on clone bay, make sure it auto repeats, leave inside POS shield. If possible you could also create a jump drive and leave it open so that forces can get to the battle faster.
Spy bumps.
cyno field in pos with no autorepeat should be good too
or create a cage of cans and corpses around your ship
and then corpmates watch over you after you log
