For the record, this is my screenshot and I did not see the GM ship actually scouting moons. It was on a 15 degree scan that had no gate or station on it, and so far no Goon has come forward they had a petition in 28Y that required a GM to be present.

28y- is just a ridiculous system for a GM to be in, it's a dead end populated by Goon producers and Green Adept. It's not like it's a frequent battleground.

People said that pos should not went to reinforced, but turns out that Pos went to reinforced and BoB could attack this POS. SHAME

Watching the photo in TPAR-G I see the drones on the left hand side. I though was exploit/illegal to use drones against POS. If I remember right, CCP banned it last year or so. In this photo also Sir Molle is there, 2 GMs and Bizzare. Interesting.

It was because people were using light drones to distract POS guns. CCP banned it till they set POS guns to ignore drones which fixed the problem. They are allowed now.

It was way back when I joined eve in summer/autumn 2005. Cant remember exactly when but it was around that time.

IIRC there was that 400 cap ship program that was slatted to put 400 goons in capitals by the end of march. Don't remember where I got that from though.
