Started sieging a tower in PetPocket (X D-TOV), Villy swapped his DrakeArmy fleet to AlphaMaels to drop on our dreads. Before they could get moving out, Dreads either jumped out or warped off. Villy bridges onto a gate at 0, our aHacs drop in on them at 0 before they all appear in system with our Nado/Munnin fleet landing at range.
Nearly a complete free-fire on all Huggins then Scorps. Call was made by Villy to re-approach and jump and safe up in GIH towers.

Following on from US TZ today in AU TZ, we had a tech moon exiting rf Inter tried to lead CFC to victory bridged in 300k off pos in their new (ANTI AHAC DRAKES) which involved webs and painters.

My understanding is Opti thinks the war is about who get to the magical number of 20 captured tech moons first and not about the survival of the CFC or the free alliances of Eve therefor he can't understand the problem of the free alliances thinking they are winning because every tech moon is costing the CFC 30-40Bil isk to capture and there is no sure thing they will hold any given moon long enough to get that back.
While the free Alliances organization and numbers are improving to the point that 2 out of 3 major time zones are no longer working for the CFC.

A pretty slick bombing run just went down, Gypsy smashed up alphafleet.

Gypsy Band just nuked almost an entire Mael Fleet. We tried to go in after but I think we took too long (waiting for post-bomb tidi) and landed too far away from the Drake blob so we gracefully (not really) exited the battlefield with Gypsy firmly in the win column.
Reports were nearly 100 pod's on scan post-bomb run and obviously that's not counting the pods that were sent home early.

Loved that hero lawn gnome in the maelstrom, gets tackled 100k away from fleet, kills one of the intys with drones. Then I guess the CFC alpha fleet turned on their MWD's and started burning towards him to save him, as they did Gypsy hit the maels. TiDi was pretty crazy seeing ship explosions 5 minutes after the bomb run.
