I realize there are lots of people who learned English as a second or third language, so I'm not trying to be a dick.
However, you should know that this word has a meaning different than just "surrender" or "giving up," it also suggests that one side has offered terms to the other.

They're called renters, and that's pretty much what they do. Interestingly, as more of 0.0 gets taken over by CFC/HBC culture alliances who don't rent space as a matter of personal identity, it decreases the supply and presumably increases the amount of rental income by those alliances that *do* rent. Now that the drones are isk bounties, AAA has 3 of the 6 best rental regions and the easiest logistics to empire for renters, how sad is that.Every engagement you lose, the ISK can't be written back into existence.
It would be neat if the HBC decided to take over HED and only HED once -a- stops showing up for fights in Querious.

Another successful Lee Chanka op, since he will tell you he killed a TEST Fenrir and lost only 4 tornados before just casually peacing out of the system since he had beaten everyone and held the field.
