Best punk I have heard in years.

However, opinions in Russia about this act and its social acceptability differ significantly. Speaking at a liturgy in Moscow’s Deposition of the Robe Cathedral on March 21, 2012, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill I of Moscow condemned Pussy Riot’s actions at Christ the Savior Cathedral as “blasphemous” saying that the “Devil has laughed at all of us.”
“We have no future if we allow mocking in front of great shrines, and if some see such mocking as some sort of valour, as an expression of political protest, as an acceptable action or a harmless joke,” the Patriarch said.^[12] Meanwhile, several thousands of Orthodox and Catholic believers, the believers of other religions and atheists signed a petition to Patriarch Kirill, begging the head of the Russian Orthodox Church to stand up for the girls.^{[citation needed]} Singer Alla Pugachyova appealed on the women's behalf, stating that they should be ordered to perform community service rather than be imprisoned.^[13]
By late June 2012, growing disquiet over the trio's detention without setting a trial date, and concern over what was regarded as the excessive and arbitrary treatment being handed out to them, led to the drawing up of an open letter. As well as the signatures of leading opposition figures, it was also signed by director Fyodor Bondarchuk, a supporter of Putin, and the actress Chulpan Khamatova and actor Yevgeny Mironov, both of whom had appeared in videos for Putin's re-election campaign.^[14]
On 4 July, the trio were given a 2,800 page indictment and told their defense must be ready by 9 July, giving only two working days to study the document. They announced a hunger strike in response, saying that the time was inadequate.^[15]

Pretty late reply, but this really owns. I'm not too fond of the riot grrrl movement, but punk bands have been so tame for a while that it's just awesome to see some go out and pull off stunts like this cathedral crashing.
