Actually, TEST decided to move North and help Goons and shortly after Gents also decided too leaving AIF on their own. AIF then lost one of their major corps and some other members if I remember correctly and to compound the issue Nulli stabbed them in the back (for a deal with MM/Brick or something else just as bad). Only after those things happened AIF came North as their sov burned behind them. Try again.

If my memory serves me correctly, we temp blue'ed IAF to help defend their space against the so-called refugees. Then AAA brokered a deal with the refugees, giving them convicted's space in Delve in return for stopping sov-warfare. All so nulli could deploy to omist to fight RA.
In the end the refugees mostly joined AAA, RA is now part of soco and S2N is bumming up north. EVE works in magical ways.
