Excellent update, obviously. But It'd be remiss of me not to beat the Nulli drum a little and maybe throw some extra info out...
During the initial sparring with RA Nulli won two major subcap engagements and lost two, which seemed to suggest an equal balance of forces between the two alliances. However, Nulli then proceeded to force the fights on RA by reinforcing NOL and a few other systems winning almost all major engagements apart from the NOL, I believe, final timer, which RA dropped a significant portion of their titan fleet for. During these engagements PL was ever present in thier Rohk doctrine, sparring with both sides - though in truth RA saw the worst of it. RA did SBU a few Nulli systems but with no successful follow up. In honesty RA probably felt the overbearing presence of PL a lot more, as they were no doubt intending to rely on their super fleet to win important timers against us before PL's involvement and most likely felt that dropping supers was now a much more dangerous prospect.
It was during the HM-XR2 final station timer that RA finally broke. Nulli decimated their subcap fleet next door while, unbeknownst to us at the time, PL had 'discovered' the password of a titan PoS in Nol and had downed two titans. The next day RA decided the war was over and gave a general order to pull back to Querious. the Nulli/RA war was to all intents and purposes over at this point. I don't think that there was any agreement to split Delve.Maybe?
Nulli attempted to continue the fight with PL in the spirit of 'gudfights' as the conflict had initially been set up, but the addition of TEST and the introduction of the PL capfleet was simply too much for us to cope with. The quantity of TEST or the quality of PL may have possibly been matched, but not both. As such enormous blueballs where felt throughout the HBC and in an attempt to coerce fights SBUs were dropped with alarming regularity throughout RA space. Nulli formed for these timers along with some RA, but honestly, there was no pressing desire to defend space which we didn't initially want anyway having just expanded into Period Basis at the expense of Romanian Legion. A trite 'didn't want that space anyway' cliche, I know, but true nontheless.
As far as I know -A- was not batphoned as a general preventative measure against the HB coalition, but rather to ensure that an important CSAA was saved. After this though, systems continued to be SBU'ed and -A- never left once the HBC had declared that due to some very shit posting from my fellow alliance members (and maybe me) that the region would be invaded. Raiden. and the rest of the SoCo where not in Delve prior to the announcement of CFC intervention as far as I'm aware, unless in very small numbers.
Additionally, no one expected C3N to be saved. - As has been extensively ridiculed in this thread, Delve has been pretty much abandoned. Any fights in Delve so far have resulted simply from the desire to fight.

Also counter to the propaganda war out there - Nulli has done remarkably well over the years. Their stance against RA was the right call - in fact the only thing I can honestly say that is bad about those guys is their mis-placed loyalty to a bunch of shit-stains.
This post is not desinged to put a wedge - its simply an observation. As a player theres lots to like about Nulli (despite some of the weirder shit they spew sometimes - but hey everyone has their moments), and I hope they pull through this with all the good stuff in tact and all the baggage and shit purged. Whether they realign or not is entirely beside the point.
One has to say though, theat this streak of masochism that they keep displaying is odd
