Also I don't think I've ever been this notmad about losing a competition. The experience of flying in the tourney was just so incredible that whatever the outcome was going to be I was leaving happy.

I'm just really glad there was less (if any?) meta gaming in this tourney. Compared to previous ATs I'm just glad we got to see teams brawl it out all the way to the end. I'm really glad I got to watch most of this one.

I'm glad the final wasn't fixed although, with 512:1 odds, you can bet the Verge team bet on them selves and are now beside themselves with glee

True. We (exodus.) definitely had a nice derp going here, total tunnel vision - you would be amazed how fast time goes by in those matches. I would have guessed we were 4 mins in at that point tbh (still way too long). Was a nice setup by Agony, who we had the pleasure of fighting twice. I'm sure that match was boring as hell to watch, but goddamn the feeling of elation when the ferox dropped was something I'll never forget.

Couldn't agree more. First time pretty much everyone from my tiny little scrub alliance has been in the tourney, and it was definitely the best experience I've ever had in Eve. Sincere thanks to our friendly neighborhood SiSi spy's from PL for the test server cap fight last night. Was a really fun way to blow off steam and cap off a grueling month of practice.

My only regret is we didn't get to test our 4 Kronos bulldozer against Hun's Vargurs. Huge congrats to VoC though!! They thoroughly out piloted us in the semis, and showed incredible range all day in different fleet comps. They are very deserving champions.

I was doing great with the betting today until the PL semifinal match. Then I started losing, and in the course of two matches lost all the ISK that I had managed to recoup in my betting account. Whatever was fun to watch at least!

Soooo I accidently bet on HUNs during PLs match with them and was super angermad at myself.

And then HUNs won... my wallet was happy.. but my heart.. she was sad

But then Jeff let me play BC2 with him. I just shot noobtubes for a few hours and suddenly the pain was gone.
