For every linked BR, one can find two more that show the opposite result. Any one battle (or a handful for that matter) is statistically insignificant. Is there a way to data mine a year of -A- and TEST engagements for a real sample? What would the ISK and ship counts be then? Perhaps some API nerd could jump on that...
Spoiler alert: The loss of fifteen supercarriers more or less offsets the whole of TEST losses in their Delve/PB/Querious campaigns.

before i go to work
start forming in 14:00 eve time
we start moving about 14:30
we enter k-6 in 14:45
i have about 80 pl in fleet 50 nados or so, test was docked about 1 hour and 45 minutes in that time PL have formed BOMB fleet to kill su they didnt make they kill 0 nados and lost couple bombers dictors
Test FC undock i say we will not shoot he if they undock fleet (mine bushido shit started to roll me)
Since they didn't undock fleet we pop he
PL droped 20 carriers or so with sentri drones on station to fight our mighty nado fleets which together don't have HP as 1 carrier
im working from 17:00 till 05:00 eve time
so we go home otherwise we would stay in system but not on station
all in all nice chess game

Sounds like the right call was to GTFO...that fleet would be worthless against 20 carriers. I don't understand how people can find fault with that decision. You can certainly argue the decision to be there in the first place, but bailing given the tactical situation seems proper.
