Reading the thread and taking into account most of the parties involved, made an exercise with the intention of matching up both sides of the conflict.
Alliances are ordered by potential pilots online (based on previous battle reports). Also tried to match each alliance with a counter on the other side of similar strength, based on my own perception.

tbh not a lot these days. The "Mercs" part used to be for people who wanted to fight for us in return for free access to sov 0.0. Now it's just about trialing corps who are thinking about joining. It's a bit of a vestige now.

I have no idea, what makes you think 120 guys is something we're now or any time recently (or in 2012) been capable of, but if the rest of your math is off by that much for everybody else we might actually be fucking outnumbered here.
I think INIT is a pretty solid alliance. It's just weird that you would get payed to help out blues defending their sov. If you won't do that for free, what's the point of having them blue in the first place.

Our fleet numbers are heavily dependent on spies. They're easy to spot because they're the ones who STFU and follow FC orders.
Of the people involved to my recollection, (1 day ago) we were only blue to Raiden.
-A-, Nulli, RA and the rest (those with sov that have something to lose) were all neut and will go back to being neut after this all ends.
Also I'm pretty spacemad that Duco's post put us as the SoCo equivalent of EXE, sad times.
I don't know what the fuck that FC was thinking, but you don't just go roaming around with 140 drakes unless you are ready to get them all dumpstered.

I now have to say that the worst part about this entire war is the return of the Drake to the southwest. S2N & Co. had managed to basically exterminate the local populations, but nooooo, you had to reintroduce them from northern flocks, and now eastern populations are eyeing the pastures of Delve as well.
It is a travesty.
S2N weren't blue to us. They were nothing to do with us at all; they've never really interacted with INIT in any way before. We'd probably have poked our adorable little noses into Delve sooner or later because who wants to miss the only show in town? S2N are basically paying us to pick a side instead of just shooting whoever.
(And it's the side with RA in it, so I hope they paid plenty because jesus christ :/)
Eh, at this rate RA's going to take itself out of the war before the fortnight is out. The SoCo shall lament the loss of its officially-designated bomber-bait, but I am sure it will somehow find within itself the strength to carry on.
I think you, Grath (earlier in this thread) are seriously overestimating the capabilities of Raiden. Not wanting to exaggerate the role of x13 and Ankou, but combined the two corps probably fielded 10-15 titans and 10ish supers while in Raiden. At the peak of things, even more. On top of that, with the loss of of those two corps, Raiden even more importantly lost two of the main FC's, including the main capital FC during the invasion of NC.
While Raiden still have an impressive supercap fleet on paper, I doubt they'll be a driving factor in the war and potential supercap showdowns.

Nope, pretty sure we can. So you guys came in battleships (with bomber support in 4-2) and primaried our FC first. ISK war tells a different story with respect to what we were up against. I guess the probing rapier dying in the aftermath skews it a little, but the cyno onyx that died trying to follow us puts the fight just a tad bit in our favor:

We lost it for sure, they held the field. We didn't have much repping power vs 10 scorpions either. But it was a roam and we took drakes, we knew they had bombers waiting in our exit system and a 200+ battleship fleet that were going to cyno in (they cynoed into 4-2). If we wanted our cheap drake fleet to live, we would have never engaged and started bouncing safes - instead we took the fight when they jumped in. We lost our fc immediately but our secondary caller took over and we continued the fight until it was apparent we were not going to have enough dps left to take out anymore battleships.
Can't wait for the weekend. Hopefully all the players in this game of Delve will be ready and overcome by bloodlust. I want to see tidi fuckery everywhere. Goons got that covered, I know~

I think I've seen 450 goons (AKA Goonswarm Federation) login at once... like... once? Their more "average" number is about 150-250, depending on TZ and location of fight. Delve is fuckoff far away from dek and its not "ohgod" critical so expect to see 100-150 Goonswarm Federation pilots (<-- thats the important bit) in fleet. What tips the scale is the rest of the CFC bringing 40-100 dudes per fight per alliance. (TNT @ 40, FA @ 100, RAZOR @ 80, and so on.). However the -A- train of hangers on can do the same thing so it's actually quite even.
We were doing quite well in Geminate until Raiden just started bringing mass tracking titans to every? fight. It got kind of pointless after that.
Delusional about what? If you knew how to read, you'll notice I said "we lost, they held the field." For fighting a battleship fleet almost twice our size and with superior EWAR, I said the ISK war went okay for us with "respect to what we were up against", and wasn't completely one-sided. If you think I considered it a full -A- victory then you are wrong, that fight wasn't going to end with us winning in any scenario.
We had fun, you guys had fun. It wasn't quite a good matchup and our FC was primaried first, and I still said it was a GF. I know you like the smell of your own shit, but you should probably remove your head out of your ass before you suffocate.
