Aside from the fact that it likely wouldn't survive a bombing (because of high sig radius and no resists) and wouldn't track a bomber as fit (the TC has an optimal range, not tracking script) and the DPS being utter shite, yeah, I suppose you could kill unaligned bombing tards with it.
