Clearly I’m tooting our own horn here but Brick Squad. are good at tackling capitals. This we know. What we are not good at is bringing the DPS to kill them, there are simply not enough of us, so we invite interested parties to help with this. In Gem 2 we tackled 6 xxdeathxx Nyx in low sec and held them for what seemed like hours while the Northern Coalition formed to kill them. When Raiden. tried to strike fear into us with a show of force in BWF a month or so ago we laughed at them and served them up on a plate to the CFC with a million interdictors.
Since we initiated the campaign to retake Geminate NC. have been breathing down our neck making us feel uncomfortable. I have lost count of the number of times we have had to deal with them bridging onto us while we are engaging someone else or re-enforcing something. Anytime we have either a fleet of significant size or dreads on field they are keeping an eye on us ready to farm some kills. Things have been too quiet around here for a few weeks so a trap was concocted by a man known as Darius III to even the score a little. The amount of effort this guy puts into diplomacy is epic, and it’s almost always to get kills.
Last night we formed up a few dreads and oracles and went to RF a tech moon to provoke a fight. We had eyes in H-W and saw the Tengu blob forming so we sieged red and prepared to evacuate. Sure enough in came the Tengus and we jumped out and got safe.
Tonight when we tried the same thing NC. formed up the slowcats and supers. We sieged red and prepared to evacuate but this time the support fleet stayed on field as the NC. capital fleet came in. A matter of seconds after the hostile cyno opened so did ours. Solar Maelstroms poured through onto the enemy as well as 20 or so SOLAR Nyx. Our oracles reset on a load up to avoid the insta-death of 700 odd sentry drones. Instantly Solar went for a Nyx and ploughed into it getting it to 50% or so armour before the reps of the slowcats kicked in and stabilised it. NC. started burning their supers for the POS force field at this point so Solar switched for the carriers. Without a support fleet the battle was very one-sided at this point, NC. having nothing that could point or bubble meant support ships could warp in and out at leisure and carriers just melted under the firepower. I was pretty shocked they died so fast and being on different comms we missed out on a lot of mails. Once about a dozen carriers were down Solar switched to a Nyx and he started dropping like a stone. We overloaded like crazy but it wasn’t quite enough and the Nyx got into the FF in 3% armour. We switched back to carriers and mopped up until nothing else was lockable.
Solar jumped their supers home but both support fleets stayed to RF the POS. NC. cynoed out about half of their fleet and the rest started to move out of the FF to rep the POS up and delay us while they formed the Tengu blob. The amount of firepower we had meant that we managed to blap a few more carriers while they came out of the pos before the reps were up.
Enter stage 2 of the fight. The Tengus bridged in and Elo Knight’s crew were reported coming down the pipe a few jumps away. NC. engaged first on the POS and killed a few SOLAR but didn’t have enough Tengus to one-volley the maelstroms, SOLAR started to get into a good rhythm of alpha and Tengus started to die so they got safe. When Black Legion got in system we all ended up at zero on the gate on top of each other. The Tengus were set up in a bad position at this point and were losing Tengus as fast as they could kill maelstroms, FC’s were primaried and the fight started to break up. Some 80k off gate and surrounded by a swarm of interdictors it took a while for NC. to give themselves enough room to warp out. Elo’s troops staying on field to die like heroes while NC. got out.
We subsequently went back to RF the POS and the fight was over. Damn shame we didn’t get any super kills but the Tengu fleet dying in a fire was a nice consolation prize. Whether they knew it was a trap and felt confident they could win or whether they were genuinely surprised to see 100 man solar fleet and 20 solar capitals coming in was unknown. Either way thanks for re-forming for round two.

Yeah I have no end of respect for mactep's crew. We fought them all day long in Gem 2 and they were always honourable opponents. Up until this point tho we haven't really worked together since we move back to Geminate but we retain blue standings for helping remove UPS. Certainly when the battle opened it was Solar's show but big credit to Harvey for forming the brick fleet and keeping us together as always.
Will be interesting to see what happens tonight i'm certain NC. and BL will be waiting for us to even out the score.

Now a few 'previous alliance' history links via DotLan shows me that the main corp in Black Core alliance, the Black Core Federation http://evemaps.dotlan.net/corp/Black_Core_Federation just left IRC and not even a few days later is gaining control of one of the best pocket constellations in Malpais. I think it's a friendly deal, but the fact that the 2 best systems and one shit system in the constellation still belong to CORAL makes me wonder what's going on.

I don't really know anything about CORAL or BCA, but other news is that SONE has launched a campaign to invade Etherium Reach. Well, that's how it sounds like to me from our alliance mails anyways.
I myself am cursious about the outcome of that.

Moon came out of rf NCDOT formed 200 plus armorloki fleet. 50 plus super caps on standby
Solar formed 80 plus maelstrom fleet 40 plus bombers ( useless against loki's of course )
Br1ck formed 20 + tengu with nearly a scimi and hugin for each tengu ( retarded ) 80 in total including tackle etc.
NCDOT bridged into O-V repped their tech moon.
Evoke/Ewoks bought 80+ drake fleet
Solar decided they " didnt want to live forever" and jumped at zero to armorloki's...... pro moves
Br1ck decided they could afford to take tengu losses due to their large tech reserves. landed on grid while ncdot were raping solar and super kited, managed to kill a stupid gaurdian who didnt broadcast and some random drakes tackle etc.
Ncdot and evoke dictors worked really well and got nice slings for dictors and hictors. Eventually getting ontop of a few stupid t2 ancil fit tengus including harvey : p.
Fight ended br1ck warped to safe pos.
Obviously solar and br1ck should have never engaged being out gunned in all respects, regardless got fights for all concerned.
The winners for today were the Evoke/Ncdot interceptor pilots.
The losers were huge ball bag russians and Br1cks always looking for fights when patience is needed.

Tribal Dragons http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/Tribal_Dragons has lost most of it's corps since yesterday, including it's second founding corp of Tribal souls. The other half Dragon's Rage, being kicked or left a day or two ago. Now, if you look at DotLan (the thing I fucking live on) we see this awesome slope that's gone out of control the last few days! Basically Tribal Dragons, having neither their Tribals or Dragons are dead or will be within the week. Most of the good stations remain in Tribal souls and Dragon's Rage, with only the stations of http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Etherium_Reach/HV-EAP and http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Etherium_Reach/9QS5-C remaining within corps that are still in Tribal Dragons.
Every other corp has been kicked or left within the last 24 and I'm waiting for the standard holding corp leaving and joining some other alliance very shortly. The bad thing, with the SONE invasion (not sure if it's being taken seriously) the chance to create such AMAZING drama can't be denied. And while I like the fact that there are new alliances making a go of it, there is the chance to make a totally memorable 'auction of doom'. "What the fuck is an auction of doom" you are most likely saying, simple, it's where Tribal Dragons or whoever controls the holding corp goes to the alliances making their home in the region as well as the invaders and offers all of them a chance to 'bid' for the space.
Now I'm not sure who likes who and who hates who, but Tribal Dragons has obviously lost all their space, creating some drama along the way and earning some isk from it's members. I doubt this will happen however with Dragons Rage and Tribal Souls each having stations under their control at the moment, but there is still a chance of it.
I'm still not sure who was trying to back stab who that caused the kicking of Dragon's Rage, but at least we know corps and alliances are acting all SPY vs SPY and at least planting the idea couldn't hurt

The 'Final Solution' of Germinates indigenous Jew population has begun.
ED/PNG just had a nice little fight about a SONE POS coming out of reinforcement in ro-0. SONE brought about 120 and ED/PNG had about a hundred.
We were desperatly short on logistics but we were able to get the initial fight on our station with carriers assisting with reps. Nice slugfest started until SONE had to warp off because a 30men INIT Gang came in to join the party. INIT was neut to both entities but was willing to shoot SONE first.
ED/PNG started to shoot the pos. All fleets started to warp off and back in to bring themself in best positions. SONE warped in close range once and beat us heavily until we got range again. They warped off again when INIT came in etc etc. Finally we were able to kill the pos while moving around and avoiding hostile warpins.
SONE moved into F9 and started to SBU there (ED managed to ninja online their SBU in R0 earlier), while INIT and ED/PNG was stuck in ro-0 being in medium range ships/snipers and ED/PNG out of any logistics....
ED/PNG used jumpbridges around hostiles and came through jb into F9 while cynoing carriers in on station as well. Once again SONE was willing to fight at station and second round began. When they just warped to station their SBU anchored and we managed to online it for ED as well. Once again ED/PNG took good losses while getting range from SONE. When INIT came on field SONE retreated again. We decided to call it a day, waved INIT and stood down. SONE is still shooting their own SBU`s right now and prolly gonna ref some more stuff. Really looking forward to the next fight. INIT was obviously the deciding factor this evening. We will see how its going out without them next time.

Leadership dispute, triangle of leadership at the top that just didn't work out sadly. Dragons Rage hijacked my team-speak account we used for alliance team-speak, kicked everyone in alliance off it... etc. and have gone to join ED. In fairness to them they felt they were entitled to the account after they made some generous donations to it, unfortunately donations are quite literally that and not a purchase price. It is being returned to me.
The remainder of Tribal Dragons corporations are moving into BOB and all the stations/sov (including the two held by Dragons Rage) go with us.
Never posted on here before so officially a Kugu virgin! but as the alliance leader felt at least I could offer a brief insight into what is actually going on, though I apologise for spoiling your speculation games and the actual gritty details being rather dull :P
So everything except the stations in Dragon's Rage corp will go into BoB? While Dragon's Rage itself is joining ED?

A fairly hostile split has now been calmed down and no it is not a "forever at war thing" anymore...

Tribal Dragons name was formed using part of Tribal Souls name and part of Dragons Rage. As Dragons Rage are no longer with us and I didn't like the name anyway, figured it was a time to change.
Had the name since 09 when Goons tried grabbing every variation but missed out on the only almost identical one giving it a bit of history of its own; even though sat in the shadows for the last 3 years.
A name of a person without bringing original corps themselves in will make people ALWAYS consider you an 'also-ran', I firmly believe that you believe it was a good idea, and that's fine. However from the outside looking in people are going to look at your corp, then notice not a single BoB, Kenny, IT or Raiden corp in it and will give you equal parts contempt and disdane. Note I'm not talking down to you here, I'm just telling you what's happened. I lived it with another alliance that some people brought back and when it got to a certain point they asked me to 'fix it.' So I did, I disbanded the alliance and merged it into another that didn't have another name that's been used or 'recycled' before. You guys have one system, just making your own idenitiy at this point instead of trying to bring back BoB will make things easier on your future. This is me and my old bitter vet/retired alliance leader piece of advice, take it or leave it. I obviously have no stake in your future other then hoping another entity in EVE makes a go of it and does something fun or new. Good luck with it either way.
Really? You say you've been in Dice and RKK. Then you've seen the DOZENS if not HUNDREDS of alliance names that have come and gone that are just terrible.
Lets name a few in general terms since I know if I name any single alliance someone will say "hey man, they were great and I had good times there." That's all well and good, I'm saying the NAMES sucked most of the time not the people that made the alliance.
Any alliance named after a single corp or person
Any alliance with a DOT at the end
Any alliance recycling their name from another alliance that came before
Any alliance with TWO dots at the end
Any alliance named after some emo event
Any alliance named after some tv show, movie or mini-series
Any alliance named after something that would look better on a motor cycle or biker chicks ass
Any alliance that is entirely based off a meme

It was our TS since Pikalex payed for it, you kicked us from the alliance so we kicked you from our teamspeak.
Now the reason we were kicked? Degarion and Kroolish/Pikalex couldn't get along. Mainly cause Degarion is a backstabber who is always trying to scheme everybody everywhere for no other reason than :drama:
Heres a tip: If there are 3 people running an alliance, making big decisions by yourself without informing the rest could cause some irritation.

The last time we got help to kill supers VS RaidenDOT was all me though. No one would have dreamed that Goons would work with Br1ck in any capacity, and people told Rdn. that we were going to tackle them before they dropped and that CFC would be coming in but they didn't believe it
The MACTEP is definitely the man and Br1cks have mad respect for SOLAR. Adter fighting against them for a few years we glad to work with them. As far as Br1ck being "relevant" only scrubs would ever think we are/were ever "relevant" in Eve.
Props to my brothers in BL and NC. for some good fights and some fun. Sorry my douchebags were giving such lame smack in local, but trying to get Brix to do something or to NOT do something is like herding cats.
Again props to the SOLAR and Brick guys who fought today, when we clearly were outnumbered and outgunned. I recommended blueballing like a pro.

Uagen is indeed in charge, as for the other guys I don't really know. As a matter of fact I am not in UNSOL but a small corp that trasnferred from XWX and somehow we managed to get rid of renter status and be a regular alliance member. Probably because some of our guys turned to be pretty appreciative of the opportunity to get in fleets in language they half understand (english) as opposed to language they couldn't even read (russian).
Just a question to you drone guys, when CCP reduced security status did the ores in the system stay the same and continue to respawn or did you guys lose that as well as the nice sec status? DotLan seems a tad confused so I wanted to ask.
