What I've got out of this is that Nulli are scared PL might drop them every fight (hence their fight dodging, etc). If so, PL: So meta the idea of their supers makes you run from fights.
The alliances they talk about don't exist and probably never will, I'd guess. The game breeds mediocrity in a fleet level as it's basically orbit and press f1. Every alliance in the game is considered shit on that small of a level because it's stupid fucking hard to be good there(without your victory coming down to just we had more shit or he had shinier shit). And to be fair, how well your fleets fight in a fair fight doesn't mean anything in this game. Alliances will win wars (or lose them) because of money, balls, morale, and just the amount of people you can pack into a system. Straight up honor fights are retarded when there's an objective to be taken.
