Goodtimes indeed. We (-A-) got word that RDN was messing with some fw guys and dropped caps on the field, so we formed a tengu fleet to join in on the fun. After we jumped in Kamela we tried to kill the RDN. guardians but they were solidly holding reps so we went after the abaddons and killed a fair few of them (around 20ish i guess, too lazy to check kb). At one point the RDN logi anchor made the pretty bad choice of aligning right to the middle of our tengu blob, so we managed to kill 4-3 guardian afterall. Having lost the logis, Raiden warped out, only to warp in again and cyno in 3 triage archon, which couldn't hold reps on the abaddons, and evidently they all died. (We killed one archon in the middle of the fight, I have no idea what he was doing there)
After we jumped in local was around 350ish (give or take 20) and the -A- gang was around 70-75. We never really got shot, I guess the FW guys took the brunt of the damage.
green thanks to philanthropy
at the first warpin we were 100km+ out, so they slipped out of range for like half the fleet, so we weren't dealing much damage. After that while we were killing the abaddons we noticed that the logis are being 20-30km away so we switched to them.

Raiden got word of FW battleship brawl with few carriers going on in Kamela. We cynoed in fleet of about 60 Abaddons and Guardians (bit light on logi side though) into the middle of the fight and started shooting pretty much everyone in range, as there were no blue standings and big number of different alliances/corps involved it was a huge mess.
Anyway Abaddons in close range combat dropped targets faster than FC could call them, few Abaddons were fitted with full racks of neuts and were neuting hostile carriers and Guardians making their reps a non-issue. Some 10 minutes into the fight AAA Tengus appear on field and start nuking Abaddons and Guardians on alarming rate (as I said we were bit light on logi side). After losing most of our Guardians we retreat the field to nearby planet, organize a cyno, warp back to middle of the hostiles and cyno in 2 triage carriers to complement the few Guardians we have left. Our initial Triage pair gets neuted pretty fast and we cyno in two more in hopes that we have taken down enough of their neuting power to let them get reps in. Unfortunately at this point hostiles have close to 20 (their words) ships with neuts on field and our triage carriers get promptly neuted to shit and killed by combined AAA and FW firepower.
In the end the battle is pretty even, we killed lot of battleships and couple carriers before AAA showed up, after which we lost our ability to keep Abaddons alive due to AAA killing our Guardians and FW reshipping more and more neuts in the field. Nice brawl all around!
^^ I think this is the fight you are talking about: https://a-killed.me/?a=kill_related&kll_id=716201
Plenty fun from our POV for sure, We would have been there earlier but form up.. well you know..
Also, a bit late for the BR on that fight, but good one.
Yes thats the one, I didnt bother putting KB link in, because even our own KB don't know what to do with all those neutral alliances. Third partying in Tengus is always great when you have meatshields that tie the hostiles (us) down, we shot at the FW battleships fleet only, so you had quite nice "shooting fish in a barrel" experience.![]()
Yeah well, usually you find the BR link on eve-kill and put it into the BR doctor and sort sides in that.
But when it's a three way or more like this was, theres not much to do other than just kinda define who was there originaly doing what, and who came in and shot who.
I think we primaried Raiden mainly, and then everything killable in range and worth the missiles (e.g. the 20 ibis landing wasn't worth).
Hey man faction missiles aren't cheap, poverty is no laughing matter. I don't think we've ever won the isk war.
I would DD an ibis if I still could, it's all about the killmails bro.
I joined a Syndifags corp while I find a female who will let me photograph her while she's giving me head for my ISRAD app.
Killed a Hurricane today with my ~nanoDraek~.
I'm fucking psyched.

Awww, i always liked R&K. As long as they exist, there's still hope for Eve. Also, who is Gorgon Empire? Russians i presume, but what Russians.
Didn't even know that was a techmoon. We found 100 something dudes shooting a tower with some dreads and support, figured that looked like a good brawl and went for it with the 30 we had in fleet. Wasn't expecting that many hostiles though, they only had 5 dreads, 2 carriers and about 100 subcaps when we jumped in.
Was definetly good fun, and with the risks we take it's bound to go horribly wrong once in a while. And we can't exactly be mad about people hotdropping/ganking us, considering how often we do it to other people :P
I dont like those 20 hics, not at all, not fair RA. I also didnt know it was a tech moon (http://evemaps.dotlan.net/system/Dysa/moons)
Stain residenters I think....no idea if they are russian, polish or just east european, not that its gonna make too much difference, they all gonna steal your car.![]()

Syndicate is basically low-sec with bubbles, so let me tell you about this fight my guild-mates and I just had.
I was roaming SOLO in my Drake, when I spotted a Clockwork Pineapple/Moon Warriors BC/Cruiser gang. I reported them in alliance, and someone with a link alt decided that we should go brawl them. He was dual-boxing Rokh/Mael, I brought a Sleip, and our CEO brought a Drake (lolscrub). We had only Tengu boosts, not Loki, so the Drake was kinda fucked from the beginning, but vOv
We warped in on them as they put up a bubble, and we started to brawl. We dropped the Cane, Deimos, and Talos with ease, but with the Drake dispatched, the enemy fleet decided to focus on me. I was tanking excellently with Blue Pill plus Tengu boosts, but they caught me between ASB reloads when I died. The Rokh/Mael pilot continued to kill a few more things, and I reshipped into a Suicide Vagabond to kill their bubbler and save the Crystals in the Rokh's head. Operation was success, but then they shut down the Rokh guns with a neuitng Domi, and we all blew up.

In a surprising turn of events, Syndicate yielded no Falcons, so I felt pretty dumb with my Jackals. :/

That aside, it looks like it was shit tons of fun. GFs in local m8s.
Tuning the midslots on the Sleipnir is a bitch to come out with the right amount of CPU, unless you're willing to go faction co-procs or gyros. The original fit I had required the CN Scram (the lowest-CPU point), but that got changed a bit, so I ~think~ I could've pulled off a high meta. Ultimately, I should've dropped the MWD to complement the prop-less battlestronks, but the fight was beginning as I was reshipping, so who cares.

Definitely Lowsex.
Sadistica was out roaming our Aridia home this weekend with intent to killwhen we stumbled into EVE Uni's Lowsec Camp. We originally had 12 or so pilots in a gank gang of close range nano ships, good for 2 things, killing something, and running like hell. Not exactly well suited to the 20+ eve uni in local and the 5 armor battleships + support and the one lonely scorp navy issue that landed on the gate opposite us. So we went home and reshipped.
Uni followed us, rather slowly courtesy of those lovely battleships and was unable to keep pace. We got home and reshipped three of our pilots to basilisks and took the time to fix some fitting problems we'd let through for the previous gank gang since we were going out for a fight this time. Fleet ready we headed back towards uni space, but low and behold, nothing. Our scouts fanned out, seeing several uni members scattered to the wind, but no fleet. One of scouts reports that two jumps out he's got eyes on the hostile fleet, roughly 15 or so Unistas on the gate at 0, drones out. Hostile comp is just as remembered, 3 abaddons, one maelstrom, one navy scorp, one megathron, three canes, a celestis, an arbitrator, a handful of misc t1 frigates and dessies, and one drake. The drake is off the gate at about twenty from it.
Our FC pulls us up to the gate, orders a jump on contact followed by a hold cloak. The FC drops cloak in his command ship and snags the drake at range, ordering the three basis to drop cloak and keep him up, then calls fleet decloak and the drake primary. The abaddons turn out to be neut fitted and nearly shut down the FCs ship, then swap to the basis, nuking one's cap completely, with the celestis at optimal damping a second basi almost out of the fight. The Uni drake pops and the FC swaps primary to the celestis, poof, then the arbitrator, poof. A cane is called primary, he poofs as DPS starts to split towards other targets, with fleet members saying they're out of cap and can't micro to the primaries. The megathron is called primary after a friendly nearly capped out Talos starts ripping him apart, down goes the mega. Then the navy scorpion, his tank slowly breaking despite his dual ASBs, poof he goes too resulting in the whole fleet giddily screaming "yeah!". A second cane is tackled and primaried, exploding shortly after in a blue fireball fitting of it's matari heritage. The FC orders points spread to anything thats off the gate just before whats left of the hostile fleet warps out piece meal. An abbadon is called primary, but tackle is never porperly confirmed and he warps out in deep deep structure. Then the maelstrom that was hiding at 40km's is primaried and ripped apart ending the fight as a recently freed pod warps in at zero and jumps the gate.
http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=14869213 Sadly the true numbers aren't reflected on each side
As our fleet is looting the field a Unista convo's our FC and asks about round two. Having just kicked the uni in the teeth our FC tells them we're going to go drop our loot and we'll be by for another conjugal visit in a couple minutes. We scamper home and refit to a ranged doctrine taking a quick bio and heading out again. Near the Uni's home in Zayi our scout reports a similar gang composition. Two abaddons, 4 or 5 canes, a handful of t1 dessy and frigate hulls sitting zero on the gate with drones out waiting for us. Our FC sits us on the opposite side of the gate and asks the Unista if they'd like the honor of jumping in this time. The unista responds with a tongue in cheek "oh but you're the victor! You should take the honor of jumping into us!". The conversation is shared with the fleet and everyone gets a chuckle as the FC mulls his options, jumping a ranged fleet into a hostile camp is never a good idea. The FC decides to risk it and jumps the fleet with the customary hold cloak order. Everyone jumps in.
The drakes are told to drop cloak in an effort to focus enemy fire on them, but the uni abaddons, still believed to be neut fitted don't join in the frey. Our basis are told to decloak, save the drakes and pull range while the whole fleet is issued a decloak and a primary. In this case a cane at range from the gate similar to the drake from last fight is primaried as our basis report they're getting jammed by drones. Then two blackbirds land on field. The hostile cane dies, primaries are swapped to the first blackbird, A basi pilot reports that he's capped out and can't run, he pops. The blackbird is tackled and dusted as the second blackbird is called primary, he too is tackled and popped. The hostile fleet aligns out as their ace has just been destroyed and the FC calls for points to be spread. Two canes are tackled and destroyed. The hostile fleet warps off to station and our scout follows.
Good Fight's are exchanged in local as our scout reports a rupture just off the undock and the FC warps the fleet in, calling the rupture primary, he tanks the first salvo, our fleet's volley being shameful at best, but he still pops before he can dock. The unista fleet docks up in a panic.

Are E-UNI allowed to use faction ships and rigs now?
Sadistica and EVE-Uni went at it again tonight. 14 Sadistica v ~53 Eve-Uni in Zayi area.
http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Aridia...hakasi,Van#sec
EVE-Uni formed at 0100, putting together an expert brawler gang with no logi in sight, more on that later. We formed at 0230, changed our composition to be able to engage EVE-Uni's stellar numbers, then deployed at 0300 after gathering what we could: 4 baslisk, vulture, claymore, 2 talos, naga, 2 nado, and a drake or two.
EVE-Uni had made sure to be stealthy, by forming up early they held the field, sitting square on the Shirshocin gate at 0 in Zayi. They had 50 or so on the gate with 60 total in local. Our FC assumed blackbirds at safe spots or cloaked falcons in keeping with the tactics of our last engagement. As our gang got into Yehaba and warped for Shirshocin gate the Uni jumped into Shirshocin, attempting to catch us one gate ahead with our pants down. The timing was off and we managed to slip into system, the last of our pilots skating into warp as Uni fast tackle landed on Yehaba gate. Our scout was sitting on the gate and saw a Falcon, 5 or 6 basilisks and one scimitar. EVE-Uni had managed to hide a well sized logi contingent from our scouts, a difficult maneuver for any group to pull off.
With Sadistica's meager gang now severely out classed in every way except speed. We decided to skirmish with the EVE Uni fleet in the hopes that someone would wander off and present a target. Our gang landed at optimals from theirs on the Yehaba gate and started poking at what should be thin ships, there logi were on the ball, even bait tanking one target while a ceptor pulled ranged behind our fleet. We warped off to the sun at range, then came in on a 3 man tier 3 sniper group that was at range. Our scout had failed to tell us they were aligned out and they warped off without so much as a scratch. Our latest attempt foiled by bad intel, we warped to an asteroid belt and headed for Zayi gate, landing at 0 and jumping on contact. We then warped to Maseera gate and jumped through, setting up at optimals in hopes that we could pick off a target or two before the hostile basis got to work. EVE Uni jumped in their whole fleet and simultaneously decloaked, their basis picking up on our primaries almost as soon as we started shooting them, we warped off.
We skirmished around the Zayi gate, warping to celestials and re-warping to our scout repeatedly to escape Uni traps, encroaching tackle and other hazards. While we were sitting at the sun our scout piped up that he was ten from a hostile naga with no velocity and a tornado had just warped to him as well. We warped to the scout at range and alpha'd the naga right off the field, and aligned out as the tornado flipped shit and ran. The Uni didn't like us alpha'ing that naga and warped the whole fleet right on top of his pod. We slipped into warp before anyone got tackled, narrowly escaping the hostile fleet yet again. This back and forth continued three or four more times as the Uni started adapting, recons appeared on field and their probers started forcing us from our safes.
We landed at a safe and aligned to the Zayi gate, hostile probes narrowed in, it wasn't a hard scan. Probes were within .5au in seconds and the Uni gang on the Zayi gate started entering warp in ones and twos, then fives and tens, gate clear. Our FC warped us to our scout back on the gate and we aligned to an asteroid belt while we waited for the Uni to land. Everytime they had followed us before, the bulk of the fleet landed at zero on the gate with some snipers or others landing at range. This time was no different, except they landed at 100 from the gate, only 40km away from us. We stripped some light tackle that wasn't flying properly and piled on the speed pulling range away from their recons. More light tackle burned at us, a ceptor zipping right through our lines and out towards the 150 mark. Our FC was unaware and had just started turning the fleet around to pull back into range when their whole gang warped in on top of us. 50 ships landing right within tackle and neut ranges and us with no or little velocity. The FC turned around, but the damage was done, first went our vulture, already low on cap and slow by the magic that is CCP's old ship designs. Then a basilisk, a naga and a drake. One of our basi's warped out for some reason and somewhere in there our scout poofed too having been decloaked by the enemy blob for some reason.
The fleet in shambles, our FC warped us to another safe, we warped to the Shakasi gate hoping to slip out before Uni noticed, but as we were entering warp their fleet landed at our safe getting a clear visual on our destination. Our FC tried to burn us through to Van and Zayi before they got turned around, but the distances were more then double in every respect. We were trapped in Van.
Uni being full of gentlemen were kind enough to offer to leave and we accepted gratefully with GFs in local. Nothing worse then having to pod home and run capital logistics to retrieve your PVP ships from hostile territory.
To anyone who thinks EVE Uni is full of noobs, let it be known their Low Sec Camp is most definitely quite skilled. Props to Uni for bringing the fight, we look forward to more in the future.
Kill Links
http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=14907003 (Sadistica did not fly with anyone else on this fleet, the ceptors were not part of our fleet.)
exactly. Changes to the wardec system has resulted in E-Uni being permanently wardecced. I guess rather than constantly deny people from flying shiny stuff they basically said lose it to war targets at your own peril. You wont see faction stuff in Aldrat perhaps but 30 jumps away in aridia is fairly safe.
Props to you guys for not moaning about blobs and giving us a fight!
TBH we expected there to be more of your guys, earlier and in typical Uni fashion had no idea we would get so many of us or what we would bring until about 0030. We dont have a culture of refusing people into fleets or saying we have too many people for whatever we think we may be facing - unless its very very arranged. I wouldnt be an FC at Uni for money.
Very ballsy coming at us knowing (most of) what we had. You earnt a lot of respect.
Good fight. Good battle report. Hope to see more of you guys!
I'm going to offer a couple comments on the report:
'The timing was off and we managed to slip into system, the last of our pilots skating into warp as Uni fast tackle landed on Yehaba gate.'
'while a ceptor pulled ranged behind our fleet.'
I was the Ceptor. Sadly, I had been told to fly a Vengeance at the start of the fight so no warp ins and no decent tackle until you guys pulled to Maseera and I could reship. My memory is you guys landed on the left (facing the sun from the Yehaba gate) aligned to some point on the right, came within 50-60km and did a run past us to test our logi. We had ordered most small stuff off the field (I stayed because I'm bad) so you would have had to break BC tank under reps. Was a nice flybye. Never seen someone cross the T in Eve before.
'This time was no different, except they landed at 100 from the gate, only 40km away from us. We stripped some light tackle that wasn't flying properly and piled on the speed pulling range away from their recons. More light tackle burned at us, a ceptor zipping right through our lines and out towards the 150 mark.'
I actually flew 50km under you. I wouldn't mention it but I don't want you to be hard on yourselves/fleet for not tackling a Ceptor at zero. I also don't think any of our tackle/dessies failed but I'm not 100% sure. We lost a bunch in the next fight when Exodus. came and gave us a solid beating.
Thank you so much for fighting us in spite of our massive blob of stuff. As our leadership mailed you, we kind of expected caps/a solid drubbing so we called 'massive gudfight show up!' and got a zillion guys in specifically fitted ships.
Thanks also to Exodus. for being encouraging and actually answering questions/helping us suck less after fighting our 20 man gang later in the night.
Good fight to both and I hope to see you guys again in the near future!
Twas an excellent fight, I would love to have one of those big fights a week. On the other note, feel free to bring those 10 and 20 man gangs around, some smaller scale skirmishes would be awesome![]()
Today I bring you a battle report written by Sayasic, a new FC to Sadistica.
Kill Link: http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=14934989Some Brutix and faction cruisers started playing station games in Sadistica's home system, so we formed up a kitchen sink fleet of a stabber fleet issue, cerb, harby, vigilant, and another cruiser to give them a fight and see if we could end up on the kill-mail side of station games – that and we didn't have much to do at the moment. Eventually the station games turned to a chase between gates as our two guests kept one system ahead of us before docking in Kamih. Being already here, and as I said earlier: having nothing to do, we decided to setup a gatecamp in Kamih on the Gens gate.
The first 15 min or so of our gatecamp were fairly unexciting, having only a buzzard and a pod pass through, not targets of choice in low sec systems. Soon after news from our scout in Gens got us all to attention: 5 members of the Fade 2 Black alliance undocked from a station in a cane, a drake, and 3 Myrms. The group of 5 BC's slightly outgunned our group of 5 mostly cruisers, however with some gategun support this would certainly be a fight worth having. We didn't have the strength to fight on their terms, not to mention the extra threat of fighting in their home system where they might find backup or reshipping much easier than us, so our hope at this moment was for them to come to us.
We did not know if they had scouts on us, but hoping that they did not, we sent two of our more vulnerable cruisers to a nearby station only a fraction of an AU way while the remaining three of us waited for the action. Our trap for an even combat was set.
We waited for a little under 5 minutes with nothing happening at all. Our newfound opponents were simply sitting on the station undock, we did not know what their plans were or even if they knew we existed. Since our problem was that we could not engage them with our current force we decided to rectify this problem by calling for some more allies (given our home was right nearby), and with the promise of a real fight rather than just a gatecamp, pilots fielding a battleship, 2 battle cruisers, and a basi (limited use on his own, especially given we had more armor pilots than shield) responded and were coming to join us, though not all at once. We started plotting how we would engage the targets with our fleet now soon going to have the advantage.
Just as the first of our reinforcements, the basi came by, our plans were cut short but an unexpected visitor. Traveling from a different point of the region, a random basi belonging to Fade 2 Black jumped into our system, warped straight to our gate, and jumped through into Gens, apparently oblivious that we set up camp here! Our reinforcements were not yet all here but this was just too good an opportunity to pass up, the order was given “Jump Jump, everyone fastest speed to Gens... This is happening!”
Most of our fleet jumped through while others were burning to us as fast as they could. The basi quite understandably held his cloak as long he could, possibly trying to give as much intel to his brethren as possible. Finally when Eve would no longer let him hold cloak, he was almost instantly locked by a point, a scram, and 2 webs- he wasn't going anywhere. Just as he hit structure, his friends showed up, bringing some reinforcements of their own, just a tad too late – and the fight began.
We held strong for a few min taking out two of them before they could deal any real damage to us but then our basi found his cap drained and both our cane and the basi himself quickly fell. We had the numbers and firepower advantage but the gateguns were doing a very strong number on our cruiser/BC fleet. Finally, with the enemy reduced to two untouched drakes, and our fleet reduced to a cerby and a Mega, both already having taken a bit of a beating, the call to disengage and flee was given on our side.
In the end our opponents held the field, got the loot, and just barely beat us in the isk war, and most importantly 'Good Fights' were had all around. We certainly look forward to a rematch.
Lost Obsession got dropped on by RAZOR somewhere the other day.

I was trying to figure out the aligned blocs for low sec, and it really seems to be coming down to faction warfare stuff these days. I kept seeing Lost Obsession, Drunk 'n' Disorderly, Stainless., and Kraken. all grouping up to hit pocos and moons. So I figured they were their own lowsec bloc/coalition, but someone informed me today they are just Gallente faction warfare. Can someone iron out the Players in each faction? Also, any other independent lowsec players would be kind of cool to hear about as well.
[Arrador] possesses a considerable understanding of ship configurations, strengths and weakness. He gives clear and purposeful instructions, is good at taking advantage of the fleet-composition he's dealt, and never loses sight of the main goal: fun. This, paired with an excellent tolerance for strong drink gives him an almost Churchillian capability to win, despite being completely pissed on booze most of the fleet operation.
