TASHA would have the same members in fleet no matter what, July. We haven't even flown with TEST/EXE/99 percent so it's not like I'm getting any extra numbers in fleet from them either. The fact of the matter is we are(were) the largest Highsec alliance by a huge margin, and with a variety of factors including the new war dec mechanics, the incursion nerf, an increase in mineral prices, this means that it is very hard to fund PVP living in highsec. Especially when most of your members are under 4 months old.

This means that a move to 0.0 was needed; NPC wouldn't really work due to the fact that the main method of making isk there is missions. That's fine for a few dudes but 2500 people missioning will drop the LP value through the floor very quickly. This leaves sov, and given TEST's history (being made from a lot of new players) Fountain was ideal.

Also regarding the whole "Oh no Securitas is blue" deal, remember that Molle's old right-hand man has sov in fountain at the moment.
