100MN Tengus go 2-3x as fast as drakes. Even with warpins by the time drakes land and can lock the tengus will have burned 50k away from the warpin.
And with the use of unbonused webs: Drakes can kill a tengu in 1-2 volleys. If the target is within 40k he will almost always die before reps hit, but at longer range the missile flight time helps out the logis.
So there is really nothing a drakefleet can do other than catch idiots/stragglers, and try to maneuver so that the tengus run into them. When they get in close, god help the tengus (cuz -a- wont).

We had Makalu's Erebus triple bubbled. Couldn't get any more bubbles on him before PL super bridged in. This fight is literally like grinding my dick against a cheese grater.

Local's gone from 700 to 1200, lots of deaths but wrecks are mostly yellow.
Bombs killed reinforcement fleet, and we almost caught Makalu's titan.
Fight has been ongoing for almost three hours. TiDi is brutal. Maka got his Titan out (somehow). PL brought in tons of supers and is now trying to knock out SBUs while AAA grinds through TEST and HoneyPeeps.

Great fight tonight TEST. While there were Russians who stayed up in the MotherLand, the USTZ for SoCo is decent sized.
I have no idea what the deal toll was on either side so can't say who won for sure but the SBU died and timers reset though there is no IHub.
I don't think AAA is intending to grind through three regions. If 49- and a handful of other stations fall in Querious, it would provide much LoLs via a new base of operations I guess.

Good fight. Rokh fleet couldn't ever seem to get the webs going so we had to settle for MWDing scimis.
So after punting on 700 hostiles earlier we had a 3 hour respite to get ready for the shield timer on the station, relatively unimportant timer that we could have punted on yet again if they formed too much, but, as time grew around numbers looked manageable so we formed.
No bullshit, 5 FC's on PL comms, plus the FC team working on TEST comms, fielding a bomber group, a Rokh fleet, a Drake fleet, and a Slowcat carrier group.
I was there only to ride in with supers if the chance came, and oh mama, would it come.
As we usually do, we sat dicking around sorting bonus ships and debating last minute fitting changes for so fucking long, that one scout says "they're shooting the station" and at that point it was do or die, so Sort kicked things off. We only saw about 400 hostiles, though one scout had reported as many as 600..they couldn't have 600 this late at night could they? Silly us for doubting....
So in goes the drake fleet, which starts the TiDi, bridged to a pos, and then the slowcat cyno carrier undocks and lights his cyno, bringing in the 50 spartan slowcats (seriously, you have no idea how awesome a slowcat fleet is until you try one), the Rokhs coming in last.
What followed was a 3 hour orgy of death and destruction that would see north of 1200 ships die. The Tengus would kite out away from the slowcats that were chewing through them like a fat kid on a muffin and the Rokhs would limp along after them, and once the tengus were outside of the circle of death the carriers projected they would turn on the battleships and maul them. Meanwhile the drakes ran around like some kind of jogging path rapist just grabbing what they could and mauling it before they were obliterated.
You have no idea, how awesome it was to see TEST just constantly reshipping and coming back, drake after drake after drake. Rokhs, Huggins, Scimmies, you name it, the bridge titans were burning fuel like mad pumping people back into the fight.
A wild fleet of tornados appeared, only to get bombed to fuck by the test bombers. Meanwhile AAA bombers were working on the carrier fleet parked underneath the station trying to blast through our sentries, and when they weren't doing that, they would absolutely own herds of drakes in the mouth.
Then it happened.

A short debate happened over the number of supers that AAA was able to field at the time, and it was at first deemed that the 40 in system would log in and potentially fuck any response we could come up with...yea, so turns out PL still logs in for "Titan Tackled", we jumped up 60 supercarriers in a matter of seconds and I gave the command to go (this is the command i should have given the second your ass hit the grid but my mistake). The TiDi that wound up from our jump in saved him, Bluemajere took a tirade of abuse from me as his bubble just wouldn't launch, and as the air around the Erebus filled with fighter bombers it slipped into warp.
This period marked some of the heaviest losses for the AAA fleets as they scrambled to unfuck the titan and chaos spread across their comms for about 8 minutes solid.
At this point we were fairly well committed, and I decided to end the fight as best I could, or at least go for the objectives since the Human Wave attack method was bound to run out eventually. We picked an SBU, and after trying to get unfcuked by every dictor AAA had we managed get all the supers in warp to the sbu. a
Meanwhile the subcap meat grinder continued uner and over the station, Drake reinforcements came in waves of 100, shockingly the original BS fleet was still around and in one piece, and the carriers were killing at a fair clip. 60 supers tear through an SBU, even in gay ass 10% TiDi or whatever obscene number it was at and as it popped, AAA set up drag dictors 100km off our next chose SBU. Leme tell you how bad it sucks to try and realign in that kind of TiDi.
Hope sprang in the form of Sorts voice going "Hey one of these SBU's is TEST".
ORLY, well ok then lets do what one shepherd said to the other shepherd and get the flock out of here. Human wave attacks can only be sustained for so long, and after 3 hours, I was worried we were getting near that point so getting the fuck out of dodge became a priority. A little leetcheese drama later and the supers were safe, the subcaps recalled and dagrro'd on the station docking up, bloody and dirty, but reborn hard as woodpecker lips.
The final casualty as the slowcats covered the exit was Elektreas carrier, who was convo spammed as he was bumped off, fairplay just another body on the fire at this point.
Good fight, BR's will show up when the killboards finally finish choking down 1200 dead and or missing.

Unless i missed something, the station hasn't been repped, SBU death does not reset a station timer, you actually have to repair the thing. (stations at 7% shields at current) So Test tactical victory still?
They are still shit, but they came out in your time zone outnumbered and wiped your fleets from the looks of things. Not what I expected honestly. Good job on defending the station timer though.
At this point its only a matter of time.
It just goes to show that Makalu Zarya has the greatest balls of any FC in all of EVE. Faced with the largest supercap holding alliance in the game, a huge number of subcaps and in a hostile system no other FC would have risked their titan to kill an enemy carrier. But then, no FC in all of EVE can compare to Makalu Zarya, and by extension -A- .
Hey, if you want to sit up for 3 more hours and wait for it, more power to you buddy, after 4 hours of slugging it out im willing to call it a day, if you aren't, go get whats rightfully yours (an armor timer).
Seriously though, if it was the final timer i could see caring more, but its the shield timer, like even if you knock it into armor you still have another timer to go, at which point I'll literally be calling in everything that will come to make sure the station A) doesn't flip and B) all the SBU's die.
I'm a goals oriented guy like that.

So, Test and A had an awesome sauce fight where testicles showed where they are. Suddenly a wild erebus appears, pl hunters gather on it with mighty aeonic and nyxic spears only to find out they didn't bring enough nets.
After this, i really have to say pl seems to be the fail here while a&red found their balls after plenty of "tactical movements backwards" and test got balls full of fun.
