hope of CCP guys being smart fading

MAN I kinda like to hope the guys running the game are intelligent but hope is running out.
I said something about CCP Soundwave's Goonish glee (on the video that was in part about datacores) and got a warning (mind you that was even before I found out he used to be one lol it was just a funny coincidence). So I decided to try and get a clarification on that, given I generally like knowing ahead of time whats gonna get me screwed on a forum Im on you know?
I asked:

"pointing out (on EVE-O) that the dev guy was taking an unnatural glee on the video in destroying part of the game is now infractionable? So... we gonna start getting points every time someone mentions Goons/CCP? Cause youll be banning 3/4 the ppl on the forums. I dont think you guys have the manpower for that decision."

The answer:

As explained in your other petition we have a strict privacy policy. To ensure that policy and the privacy of our players, we do not to discuss moderation actions or account details with third parties. For that reason we cannot publish our moderation actions or discuss how many posters, for example from an alliance, we have banned from our forums.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Im thinking the guy answering wasnt the sharpest knife in the drawer or he was trying to sidestep answering the question because dude answered a question I never even asked.
Never even ASKED for info on someone else's banning, I wanted to know if talking about that at all was bannable now.

Given the people I know that have been given vacations there lately, yes it is by the way. Lol.
Its not a hell of a lot different that it was with BoB funnily enough. Got my 3 month for callin BoB BoD back when that was a daily friggin occurance

Also: can anyone else log on? I put in the name, pwd, then the boxes blank out and im looking at the log in for the forums. Im IN the game though.
