Its a very good argument, how can you keep 75,000 cfc players(or what ever number) entertained i you dont have anyone to fight for 5 regions?. Infact i think it would be a valid tactic for nc./-a-/raiden to all just leave after the tech moons are lost, see if the cfc implodes and resets start to happen.
Working on your concept, looking at the fleets cfc are fielding (46 moros 17 naglfar 31 pheonix 37 revelation 1 thanatos 1 nyx 1 lev 1 chimera 1 archon 1 aoen + support) i cant see any one in eve that could possibly be able to field any counter (either numbers or supers, as supers die to that amount of dreads fairly quickly v0v).
Richter will rise and lead TEST against the Goon Oppressors, so it won't be an issue who CFC will fight after that.

Only way for CFC to collapse is internal drama or doing BoB thing and declaring war against everyone else.
As others have said, that's not much of a cap fleet.
CFC is currently stomping Venal with a fleet of 40 Titans, 60 Supers, 160 Dreads plus 60 carriers and what looks like a full Alpha fleet.

NC., or D00M for the matter, will likely never leave the North. Being space landlords doesn't run as a high priority for most that I've spoken with.
