I think it's pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain that Nulli are vastly superior in Delve. They have TZ dominance, they win in EU prime and are uncontested in US Prime, and somehow they managed to have fleet dominance. Just let that sink in, the alliance whose major doctrines are Armor HACs and Geddons have a doctrinal advantage over someone. Yea.
Obviously Nulli are inexperienced when it comes to taking territory, and have a tendency to sulk when things don't go right, but both of those are easily changed especially when the enemy is RA. They can take all of Delve before May if they want to, though it would be dumb for them to burn down the amazing farm in their backyard. At first I thought it would be a stalemate between the two and they'd grudgingly get back to the status quo, but RA are so eager to fight that they're timing their shit for EU prime instead of RUS)) prime - and they lose the majority of those fights pretty handily. It's a dangerous road they're taking; eventually when they're tired of getting fisted and try to flip the switch to DT timers, RA will have such low morale that they'll lose stations even in their prime. If they're smart, both sides can time for their prime time and risk nothing. But if we're going on smarts, you have to bet against RA.

RA and Vikings switched to EUTZ time because they loose in RU TZ too. RA don't have the benefit of Vikings that early (who form a solid 30-40% of their fleet numbers) and surprisingly only field ~100 between 11-14:00. S2N and friends have matched that a few times now. Whether we can maintain that throughout a long war remains to be seen.
Thing is, even if one side or another loses Delve...S2N will still have Period Basis and RA will still have Querious, so it's not like the war in Delve would somehow be "despoiling the pure, sacred waters of FREIPVP" or whatever. Provided nobody oversteps the bounds of the "agreement", anyway; can't speak for RA, but S2N's policy on North Delve has long been "fuck it", so it's extremely doubtful they'd really want to go beyond that and bag any Querious real estate beyond possibly some specific supply-route systems.
Losing in Delve would frankly be materially worse for S2N because it'd complicate their logistics quite a bit, so there's that on the line. For RA it's a question of relevance: if they can't beat S2N, they might as well disband because hell, who WILL they be able to beat? Pride's a big thing for any alliance worth the name, but one has to wonder how much pride RA has left after being drummed out of the east, pressganged into janissarydom by their conquerors, and consolidating all their browbeaten fourth-rate pets into the alliance, ala IT, in an attempt to shore up their core weaknesses.
On a side note- Vikings used to be renters of our ex-neighbors Romanian Legion. They seem to have come a long way since then- credit to them.

Problem with these 140 is that 130 of them have no clue what they're doing and what they're supposed to do. For example two days ago when we fucked up royal in C3N there where several things supposed to happen which didn't happen well some did but the important ones didn't. For one that day fleets had to be splitt because RA was incapable of making a second fleet for the carriers, supercarriers and titans. Meaning Vikings had to do their own fleet which lead to several problems when you want to operate as one. C3N Viking fleet bubbled station and started to SBU system what was supposed to happen was simple once station is bubbled RA fleet bridges in QY1 and camp the station with their artyabaddons as well but from range supercarriers and titans where supposed to setup shop at 40km above station and bombers at 30km. While they are camped in go around and sbu all nulli systems in delve. Well but for some reason RA suddenly decided it was better to kill POS modes instead of being there. And you dont need to be a genius to know what will happen to 85 man fleet against 220 man.
Next problem they are incapable of placing defensive sub's I know it doesn't do all that much but what really fucks your enemy's up is stealing their sbu's ask Vera Cruz how they feel about that one since they're incapable of even sbu'ing systems I'd place them right next to RA in terms of competence. In my opinion RA has way to many problems to fix and yes they will lose Delve there is no doubt in my mind about that. Its not that NULLI is unbeatable its just that they make way way less mistakes.

Alright guys, tomorrow is both the final Ihub timer and the first station timer in NOL. If we can manage to win these timers then we will force a final station timer on Sunday for NOL, and that is a major advantage for us. Because of this, we will be putting a lot of effort into tomorrows fight, please have multiple reships ready if possible. Also, the op will be on for more than likely 3 hours, as the station comes out after the Ihub, if you can't make the 1400 form up, but can make it on later, please do so, as we will be running reinforcements in often.
The initial form up will involve two fleets, a T2 gun max range naga fleet that will be capped at 50 people, and a proteus/ahac fleet. In the proteus/ahac fleet, the proteus is the priority ship, but for everyone who can't fly a proteus, an a-hac zealot will be fine for now. We are capping the naga fleet at 50 people because we want a large proteus/ahac gang, so please plan accordingly based on the priority ship list below (depending on numbers we will probably have some form of a bomber fleet as well):
T2 Max range Naga's (capped at 50) -> Proteus -> Guardian -> Zealot -> Armor hictors -> Rooks -> Dictors -> Tackle
Based on earlier today, we have a good group of pilots who have t2 rails for the naga, which is nice, but it most likely means that the Naga fleet will fill up fast. So if you have a t2 rail naga and plan on flying one, be prepared to ship into something else if that fleet fills up. The only reason the proteus is not prioritized over the naga is because we want to make sure we fill that 50 man fleet up first. Technically the proteus is more important.
Anyway, see you guys there, prepare multiple ships for a tough fight, PL has moved into KFIE and has an op called to show up for this as well, so I'm sure it will be pretty chaotic all day.
PS: have geddons ready as back up, and alpha maels as well just in case.

Queriuos analisys
Just for the notes, Querious not as bad as some ppl think, even there are only one real low-sec port you can reach: Chamemi.
The best constellation is XLL-Z7, also its worth nothing without the rest of Q, because its dead-end from empire, need 2 jumps with capitals to reach Chamemi.
The secound is probably 4QZ-2M, witch is absolutlely separeted from Q, we call it "Fake Querious". Linked to Delve several ways, backyard pipes.
The third is maybe LI-BA0 constellation, witch is the entrance from empire, but its still seems nice.
The forth is F-RA63 constellation, nice sec stats, lot of belts, etc.
9NP-KR is a quite big constellation with it's 10 systems, unfortunatelly only a few good enought, but its still a nice place, dead-end constellation.
There are moderate K-JO26 also YB7B-8 and H-6HGD and very poor systems like 8ET-D1.
Also need to mention, that Querious has nice amounts of R64 and none tech.

Also on VCruz you might be interested to know that they have rented some space in PB cause they are a small alliance and they don't use that space fully so those 3 (2 in fact) titans you see ratting are renters, to get isk for SPR program and to acquire supers, because everyone knows pb has shitty passive income. 10 ppl in EU tz is not that bad for a brazilian alliance with the rest of english speaking being US.
On the line of S2N/Vcruz being allies i think they have helped S2N with more that you know and the bonds between S2N, VCruz and Hun might be stronger that you think.
We (nulli) worked with one constellation for a very long time. Yea, we have a couple other constellations now but they are either rented out or generally not safe to rat in (read: high traffic from roams/fleets or camped). We may not be quite as large as you (we're actually pretty close in size with RA to be fair.) but we make do with what we have... which for the past month has been camped pretty hard. I therefore cant bring myself to sympathize with you.
Watching their KB I saw that in their prime (between EU and US) they brought about 60 or 70... not bad for an Alliance that has 700 members.
about the bonds between S2N, VCRUZ and HUN... i guess HUN and VERA are in a project of trully friendship with a major alliance (Nulli in this case), and as you told...support NULLI most from behind the scenes then we can see in CTAs... thats an example to watch the roll out of this friendship in future.
Cascade made something like 200b a month renting out Querious. Sure that's not a massive amount, but its enough to start building an alliance on. Querious also has more than 20 neo moons.
And regarding Vera numbers, they are 90% Brazillian alliance, every single fight has occurred EUTZ or earlier, their numbers are going to reflect that. But good job trying to drive a wedge between two alliances who have been fighting side by side since February of '10.

I disagree with this completely, there were times RUS hired us just to seal the deal, they would have likely won the fights against ATLAS anyways, we were just in the theater and so sometimes its easier to just hire us on to keep us from dropping your caps while you're trying to work.

Last time we did that i think it was Phreeze who followed us around dropping into all our fights, the end result was like 200+ dreads dying in one fight ('A' named dread pilot that died 3 times in the same fight whats up).
