Having flown lots of Scimis in HBC fleets I can attest to the puzzling lack of discipline of -A- fleets when it comes to shooting primaries and more times than I can count I've seen Tengus with ungrouped missiles firing one off at random targets and keep doing that for an entire fight. Ironically though this sometimes works in their favour as our own undisciplined pilots spam shield broadcasts after taking a single missile hit from a single dude.
Confirming this. When I am in a scimi there are usually 2-3 guys taking potshots at me the entire fight.

The tengu fleets are not something to take lightly. We rape them because we are calm, cool, collected, and when we lose we get out to fight another day. (49- second to last timers not withstanding heh) it means all hands on sick, there is no easy mode when fighting those tengus.
Thing is, us at our best is significantly better than -A- at their best right now. Maybe with better Fcs and military directors they'd do better but right now... all we can do is keep our concentration and fight smart. If we get lazy, we get fucked.
They should stick with non T3 fleets until they have better Fcs..

Heads up. You guys are owning -A- too hard, and risk a failcascade like that time Manny dumpstered Providence/LFA/CVA in D-G (ironically, Providence forces were led by Makalu/progodlegend). When you dunk Makalu this hard, when -A- failcascades, you also risk he'll end up in your alliance.
There is only on FC on our side that can run the Tengu fleet like it should be.. and that is Maka.. when his not around i park my Tengu in the hangar.. because other fc's will whelp 16 tengus every time. Maka only whelp 15 supers at the time.. and i have no super.. so i'm fine

It's not so much about an FC raising his voice, there's nothing wrong with showing some passion, but the (edited) soundclouds paint a picture of -A- FCs that seem to spend a lot of time raging, shitting on their own fleet members, giving people on-the-spot fines, and calling people out for talking on comms. Ignoring the obvious morale issues caused by being so cuntish, it's also causing you operational problems.
We jam enemy FCs because we know that everyone else is too afraid to speak up on comms and take some initiative when Makalu "who the fuck is jamming me?" Zarya can't call targets (we also do it because it's fun to listen to the sperg on the recordings). We literally went through a list of all known -A- FCs and primaried them off the field in K-6 because we knew none of the line members would dare step up and take the reigns, after all who wants to risk a 500m fine or a kick?
Meanwhile in TEST we have a far more relaxed and fun fleet environment, we have to because we have so many newbies. We're free to shit up comms but have reasonable dicipline for staying quiet when we need to, so we have people lining up to call targets when the FC goes down. Plus it's just generally more fun not to be called a piece of shit while the FC welps your non-reimbursable Tengu. Honestly I'd rather get pushed back through four regions and go live in lowsec under TEST's FCs than fly once in an -A- fleet.
I advice you to never join a Sort Dragon fleet then.
Although I have to agree that Makalu exhibits a special brand of emo rage that is totally ridiculous.
