I'f I'm only running one account I usually play with all graphic settings on max, and brackets on. If you've got a good computer it should handle even large fleetfights pretty well.
Sometimes I even play with sound on.

They did something with the latest patch though, I get all kinds of graphical glitches and artefacts now with dual accounts
