I bought this set of Jackals for :brorpice: on FHC. When I picked them up in Jita, I selected the whole set and pressed "Plug In." Lo and behold, the Omega requires Cybernetics V. I kept them in to help my Scimi become unjammable (my lifelong dream), but it's pretty lol without the Omega.
