There's a possibility that CCP conciders trading sigs for ISK is concidered RMT. Or its just :CCP:

You have to consider that their wallets were negged, they probably sunk their RMT'd ISK into assets or investments, so their wallet balances wouldn't likely be near 10.7b

I think PL have been really good at doing this. They had massive ISK and invested it in everything that was even remotely overpowered to make more ISK. The guys have been one step ahead of everyone for quite a while now.

That's totally different from accepting a 200b contract when you know that the only thing that the alliance does is RMT. You know very well that you're being paid in dirty ISK. This mong in FHC is trying to argue that negative wallet balances doesn't mean ISK has left the system. That place sometimes.

ISK would only leave the system if they had a positive wallet before getting negged (and only for the amount up to 0) AND if they would buy their way out of the negative with isk from another character.
