CFC is busy in Tenal right now, but if Tenal should fall I could see Goons coming down and lending support to RA should they find themselves stuck in a TZ war. It's to their advantage to have as many friendly or at least reasonably well-disposed Russians as possible should there be another northern crusade, and regardless of what personalities may be on which side, it is both historically pleasing and propagandistically advantageous to be able to point to another "RedSwarm Federation." It would also give the Russian Goons something to do other than just roaming gangs, which could help breathe more life into a relatively recently decimated Russian community in GSF (with the well-deserved ejection of Banderlogs).
I don't see much of a CFC presence in the short term, as Tenal will take at minimum another month to conquer. If RA is still fighting at that point, I could see them coming down in numbers to help finish the job. After that, there might be resets for friendly fights or whatever.
Even if RA decides not to seek sov and to wither away instead, offering a hand and generally treating RA corps well could encourage them to apply for membership in GSF or merge into RGSU, Raging Ducks, or OEG. Mittens may not want more numbers, but expanding TZ coverage whether through allies or new membership can only be of strategic benefit.
TL;DR: There aren't many good reasons for Goons not to offer at least some support to RA if they seek sovereignty in Delve, and a host of good ones that improve the CFC's long-term strategic standing.

So, Red Alliance got their asses kicked. They're retreating into Delve. Cascade is moving out of Querious and into the space they vacated. With the support of our leadership, MIVS and Krysis. are going as well.
DO NOT STAY IN QUERIOUS. This move is mandatory. You stay, you die. That would probably suck,
We're to have moved out by Monday. There will be a CTA at some as of yet undetermined time on Thursday to move out the Orcas and freighters people have down here. If you can make it, please join it - there should be a mail letting us know what to bring when it is announced.
The first month or so will consist almost entirely of CTAs and general PVP. Do not expect to really do any ratting or mining.

From Chamemi, we will be moving to H-ADOC. Everything that cannot be moved via capital ships will need to be slowboated through high sec from Chamemi to Hothomouh.

If you don't feel like traveling through high sec to our new staging system with whatever is left over, you always have the option of contracting Black Frog Logistics. Use their planner and follow the instructions. It's cheaper to contract from high sec to nullsec than it would be from low, so doing it from Parses would be ideal. It'll still cost you a pretty penny.
H-ADOC is NPC space. Remember you cannot contract Black Frog to or from SOV systems.
PVE SHIPS - You won't need them but you can slow boat them here:
