I'm sure plenty of low hp haulers and other ships will die, but things freighters will be tricky since they can be shield repped. The alpha from N number of tornadoes will not be perfectly simultaneous. The concord prespawns will also insure that all tornadoes only get one volley off.

Let's be honest here: CCP knows by now they have a problem with messaging, or they're incredibly dense in a way that the mere fact of EVE booting up after DT tends to shit all over.

Top that with the fact that this is a dichotomy of the game which can never be solved to the satisfaction of more than 20% of the player base, and you start to see that it's not a matter of balls, but one of the few things CCP has never been coked out enough to even consider. Even when they were high as geosynchronous orbit and putting Gorden Gekko on their internal newsletter, CCP never considered touching this subject with a ten-foot pole because they knew they would fuck up catastrophicly if they tried.
