when you are cocksucking nobodies who are 12th rate "mercs" and trying to pull off a PL and fail horribly yeah your pretty much dead![]()
Would someone give an update of this war as its been kind of quite.
Nothing much going on, Solar taking systems/stations in Insmother that it can alarm-clock reinforce or that RA fucks up timing on (RA, XIX and pets timing everything for PL/NC USTZ).
PL then repping everything that gets timed properly and killing SBUs.
Pretty dull really.
XIX seems to be practicing PVP on Goon carebears with regular roams across Deklein.
Check out this hero: http://killboard.solar-fleet.ru/inde...name=SqRam&p=1
Good thing the new sov system changed the timezone war...
Well, if you are dedicated -- you can still work around it with alarm clocks. SOLAR have demonstrated this effectively by doing 4 alarmclocks in a week which will have captured them 5-7 systems when it's all and done and swinged the momentum significantly.
So while the sov system sucks for TZ war -- it is still workable if you care enough. I do agree it doesn't change the fact it sucks though v0v.
Revert sov to the old system. so much better~
How do the powerbloc leaders feel about an occupancy-style sov system?
I figure CFC wouldn't mind since they occupy most of their space, but RA would probably get fucked by a lack of renter income.
Well it seems there is a big change on it's way & seeing as they didn't and\or don't want their systems any more I guess it's nearly time to say well done to Solar and friends. I think one of the biggest mistakes RA and friends have made in the war was thinking they were just going to walk over Solar and friends and now an alliance that was some what smaller than their aggressors has basically wiped the floor with them. Was there unseen forces at play in the background? I doubt it very much as why would it have been needed when RA and friends are their own worst enemies?
What is to happen with all of the RA pets? Will they do what they always do and just go become someone elses pet or will they head back to where they belong in high security space? Maybe they will all take up doing incursions? OR maybe RA will invite them to go along with them to where ever they are going so that RA still at least has a meat shield of some sort to help continue soften the blows they are receiving. (Maybe?)
So with a very high possibility of RA being kerb stomped till movement ceases whats the final tally going to be for each side? (Including the pet alliances for both sides). I think solar will have won on all fronts.
Not quite. RA is down to its bones now - and it's survived. And it will survive - just because members want it too. They have a very, very hardcore core that just needs a good FC. Otherwise - they're improving in every category, and very quickly.
Getting fucked and failscading are two different things.
And Solar and co won't really win anything until PL/NC. leave. When they aren't busy testing how many supers they can lose in a day they are actually pretty good at fighting spaceships. And they have the advantage of timers being in their TZ.
But that's abstract because PL/NCdot won't leave. From CSAA's to goodfites, there's plenty of reason to stay.
To be honest, I distrust statements that RA will be destroyed simply because it's been said before. A lot. RA's still here.
RA is a cockroach much like AAA, it just refuses to die. The Russians in RA have a very high level of pride in their alliance name, and will refuse to let it go away even when they have offers from better-organized groups.
I suspect they will live in NPC 0.0, possibly Curse, until they can make a push at re-taking the space.
As for when they will evacuate, if it isn't already happening, I suspect it will start when C-J falls. C-J is a very important system to them.
whats the deal with cj to the russians? back in atlas we conquered/fought over that system 10times.
I often thought this was a good way to do it. Just an example, RA has sov in much of Scalding pass, and there has literally been one RA doing ratting there for like 2 years in KZF. It is kind of retarded how much effort it would take to take sov away from one dude in a golem in the current system.
Basically, if your alliance is 'using' a system more than other alliances past some magical threshold you get sov.
The problem is figuring out the actual concrete rules the game would use. It would get really complicated and likely make no sense in some cases anyway. It would also be hard for smaller but very fierce PvP entity defend from an avalanche of terrible pvpers and miners. It would also be hard for force to occupy and take over sov in specific system when they can't dock, but the 'defenders' can.
In spirit it makes the most sense, technically its a disaster.
Only -a- got the joke
The only people living in MN5 are a bunch of dirty Bulgarians renting off the Serpentis
There's nothing worse than having a good idea for a post not being good enough to pull it off :negative:
Those bulgarians been in Fountain core long before Test and BDeal even existed, raping terrible alliances and killing their stupid supercap pilots.I was glad to see they can still do it with those BDeal supers a week ago.
Disagree with you, Northern Associates, will diaf once Tribute is next on someone list bye bye NC.dot goo.
Region of Death supply most of the big toys that PL use and that will dry up I hope.
RA are having their face kicked in, Raiden.dot with the help of Evoke/Ewoks are busy as fuck fending off CFC.
And Region of Deaths pets are dying fast hehe.
PL/NC.dot face Solar/Gypsy (they are going toe to toe (AND DO NOT FEAR the Bogey man) and PL held goo will be targets you know as soon as RA are in npc space (bye bye renters)
Don't forget those who believed Region of Death/RA pay book strategy was clads-tine, those cheques will be as good as aka Greek defaults pretty much soon.
Bye Bye RA...
Your potential possible future ignores politics and game changes, and what I mean by that is all of those things are possible, except for the back room dealings of leaders, who don't care about old grudges or petty hatred from people like you, in the end, they cut deals that benefit them the most, meaning that just about everything you predicted won't actually happen, coupled with the possibility of game mechanics in flux in the next 3 months.
That and everyone will be winning at Eve by playing free Dust
Huge post from MACTEP went public on eve-ru.com
Includes stuff like how the NC campaign came about, who was behind it, incompetence in the DRF, how much and with what PL was paid - how Vuk Lau almost disbanded SF and made 250 billion by blackmailing MACTEP, where all the DRF supers came from - how tech moons were divided between the DRF/PL/NC. How the DRF was considering attacking Solar Fleet after the fall of the NC - and just how close the DRF came to losing the war against NC. Also interesting are the parts about just who is RMTing.
It's huge and I can't be bothered to translate it right now.
I am also drooling in anticipation.
Enough +rep will be given for that post to satisfy even the most egoistical man!
nah..... GE- does not belong in that group, station there was the 2nd or 3rd COL built for AAA and was made alliance/friends HQ because of x-roads location (Morris Falter chose the system iirc) and loads of office space being a gallente station.
As far as AAA being emo about it .. nah not really.
LGK on the other hand......
