So far, as a leviathan pilot, I am happy with this change. This finally brings a balance to the leviathan, as we great pilots are unable to fit tracking computers and sensorboosters to make our titan better. CCP has finally seen the light and brought about a nice balance to the titan classes :3:

Oh not saying it's not going to impact things, but I think that it'll not be such a major game changer.
I am pleased at this change, it gives the titan a clearly defined role, and mixes up the game somewhat.
