IAC - AAA have another MS stamp on the tally

I wasn't there (I picked the worst fucking day to take a few days break from eve!)

What basically happened. People save 2 AAA poses in 3D-, kill cyno jammer & cloning service. Get bored and wander off. IAC lock down 49-u with 30 guys (I'm serious, thats a bit low but I've seen 2 motherships logging off and them sitting in station when we had 40 guys in system)

Anyway 2 motherships 5 carriers and support come in and prawn the station camp.

Tyrrax gets pissed and yells on channels getting a gang of 60. He dangles MS bait and tries to get AAA to send a gang (lots of "I dont wanna.. me sleepy.." stuff from them apparently)

Enemy gang come in. Support gang waiting 3 jumps away comes in. MSes get bubbled, their support gets slaughtered, AAA are on their way roaring up the pipe, ant5010's MC Nyx jumps out because our bubbler's apparently fuck up. 2 of their carriers also gets away. But Count Tasessine's Wyvern was not so lucky and neither was their 3 other carriers and their entire support.

Ok. It wasn't a MC mothership, but I guess ISS shouldn't have come up to Querious after all...

Actually I'd guess desyncs saved the MC mothership more than pilots screwing up on IAC's side. Everyone always screams "well lag and desyncs!" whenever they lose a supercapital, but those same thing affect the dictor pilots, etc. Pretty hard to evade fighters, smarties, and drop bubbles effectively when dealing with that shit. As a mothership pilot or w/e all you gotta do is turn on your smarties, pop drones if you can, and then spam the warp button over and over.

Seriously, how many supercapitals is the GBC going to lose? How many before they actually kill one of the coalition's legitimately? How many before they kill one of the coalition's period?

Maybe the most important question is: How long before Seleene wises up, decides fighting drunks and angry Russians isn't going to have his shit smelling like roses, and that the best thing to do is turn and go back home?

I believe that Hippoking has been quoted as stating that all GF super capital ships have not seen frontline action and either just assign fighters or are being used extensively for logistics work due to the lack of titans that GF has avaible for moving freighters.
