Okay Broskis, I realize I'm not a fucking director, I don't have super duper secret op sec info, so I can only bring to the table the perspective of a grunt, a lineman. And I'm going to illustrate my point with a story you might have heard before.

The linemen are the rectum, and while you faggots clash egos and see who can be the most buttmad of all, the lineman are the ones who have to deal with all the fucking shit and are the ones getting fucking screwed by your constant faggotry and inability to fucking work for whats best for the group as a whole. I'm assuming you folks derive some semblance of pleasure from continuing to lead ESG and attempting to make it better than it was. If this is not the case any longer, perhaps it is best that you do step away from leadership positions for awhile.
As to what needs to be done to ensure the survival of ESG into the future, I see it as such:
Alliance Building
I guess Broski is supposed to be the "stable" corp in the alliance that forms the bedrock. If this is really the case, then Broski needs to expand, which is going to be difficult cause 4chan is full of a bunch of lazy, poor fucks who don't want to pay for anything. Goons don't have as much of a problem because their membership tend to be people who can afford to shell out a bit of money. TEST doesn't have as much of a problem because Reddit is fuck huge. 4chan is small and poor, recruitment is going to be an issue we need to focus heavily on and retention of newbros is paramount. This is going to be insanely difficult with the current buttdevestation between Lynch and Broski, I don't know if that rift can be mended, but if it can, it needs to fucking happen, a decent amount of our FC talent left with Lynch, and it HAS been noticeable, whether directorate want to admit to it or not. What exactly caused the fucking rift between the two is still a bit of a mystery to me, as best I can tell, it was once again an issue of massive overinflated egos getting buttmad and throwing a hissy fit.
Even if there is not ever a chance of reunion between Lynch and Broski, this whole bitter ex-GF shit is getting real old, real quick.
Moving on from beyond just Broski, the alliance as a whole needs to better utilize the member corps. Corporation linemen seem to be pretty heavily isolated from each other except for the occasional broadcast OP. FCs from all member corps need to better utilize alliance linemen as a whole, rather than just leading small roams for their own alliance. I'm not sure why this doesn't happen more often. Maybe it does and I'm just an idiot and don't notice it. I don't know.
Talent also needs to be trained. We have damn good FCs in ESG, and we need them to be training more FCs, so even if they're feeling lazy as fuck, someone can be out roaming. ESG thrives on its PVP, and as stated before, the ever shrinking number of FCs as leadership (who tend to BE the FCs) get pissed off at each other and rage quit is not helping. This is a problem with the structure of ESG as a whole with content having to be provided from the top-down, rather than having membership with the ability to organize its own fun with occasional leadership direction. I'm not sure how all these goals can be accomplished, it something that needs to be discussed.
Alliance Finances
Once again, I'm not a director, I'm not privy to this information, but from what I hear coming down from the top, shit ain't good. This is at least as important as the above section. Money makes this universe, everything costs dosh. Whether it's helping to provide free/discounted/hell, at least ready made ships to the new players, importing goods for the linemen, reimbursing shit, I don't even know what the fuck else.
This is going to be up to the directorate and the diplomats, but something needs to be done. As much as we're a bunch of crazed fuck-ups, there seem to be a number of other alliances who don't fucking hate us, we're probably going to need their help in this fucking department, so swallow your god damn pride and go talk to them and see if they can offer some advice or support in helping us get regular cash flow established, talk to the fucking corporation heads and see if we can't get some money flowing up the god damn pyramid. The alliance is full of crazed j4g jews anyway, fucking milk them a bit if you have to. It's for their own damn good anyway.
Leadership Direction
There is something to be said for criticism of Broski in this department. We're gonna live in Deklein, actually, wait Fountain. We're gonna fight in Geminate, actually nevermind, we're gonna focus on recruitment, actually nevermind we're just gonna do jack shit and stir up drama. Hey, let's reset TEST and go out in a blaze of glory. Actually, you know what, I rather like it here.
FUCKING QUIT IT! It's stupid as shit, and it's not fun for anyone but you diplo jackoffs at the top. Fucking decide on something and stick with it, and it the costs are proving exorbitant, ask one of the other alliances to help shoulder the burden. They'd offered to help us so many fucking times and they seem to get repeatedly burnt on it by leadership. Why? For what purpose? You guys have proven that you can fucking accomplish your goals when you're really set on it. Changing our mind from Deklein to Fountain, that was an example of a good decision, the benefits stood out for why we should head down there.
Withdrawing from the Germinate campaign, I don't understand that. If it was to build up the alliance, there seems to be precious little of that going on, if it was for other reasons, then you haven't been very good at passing along why. You guys can be good leaders, I've fucking seen you do it, but then you let thin-skin or over-inflated egos get the best of you and you throw your ice cream cone on the fucking ground for no good reason, and there we are, without that fucking ice cream we had just acquired.
But once again, what the fuck do I know, I'm a lineman. I could just be ignorant as hell and have just typed a big ass wall of stupid, I don't give a fuck though, I just wanna roam and jew with bros and I'm getting sick of all this fucking drama.
