CCP's current moon good idea makes sense if they want to force "gud fites." However, a random switch on moon goo between moons every (should be) four weeks or so makes sense as well.
I know SWG is a poor comparison to EvE but they moved minerals/gases all the time which forced prospectors to look for the new concentrations. In EvE, you'd add the 0.0 dynamic and that "dynamic" change could spark a lot more "gud fites" among tons of smaller groups out there looking for the goo.

Wusti that would be a good way to do it but also predictable. A truly dynamic system would be random. It would force all of 0.0 to explore and to fight those that came to their space to check out moons. Spreading the goo out across 0.0 would in effect, change everything.
In fairness to peeps like PL though, they've used their diplo skillsz and wits to block off tech which in itself is a great achievement. Would CCP want to HOSE the current "winners" in order to change things up?

According to eve central there are about 50 SBUs up for sale scattered around the universe for between 150 and 250m isk.
Cheapest in Jita are 250m isk. So unless I've forgotten how to count 125bill isk for 500

If it's true that the DRF is kicking out RA and going to attack them it makes sense. After how well RA has shown to use their supers, the DRF could effectively wipe out all of RAs supers with the nerf coming tuesday.
Edit: Though looking at dotlan and seeing RA and WN on the same kills leads to the conclusion that the DRF pact is still in full effect.

Considering that Solar relationship where linked to Mactep relationship to UAx, is kinda obvious that now solar is alone with his pet irc , Solar also never helped much DRF , they where always like the old Japan in a sort of perma isolationism.
