Would be funny as fuck if he was serious, probally just trying to make you feel bad so you give him stuff back though. Faggot miner anyway, should die for that.

I can honestly say that kugu has officially gone full circle when it comes to reporting on the actions of the unfortunate. If the men in white coats can be notified I am sure something good will turn out of this (Hopefully the guy will be admitted for running 22 mackinaws, jesus god man thats masochism in its finest).
Personal information such as his name and credit card billing address.
"Hello this is Crowd Control Productions, based out of Iceland. We run a Massively Multiplayer Online Game and one of our customers has been talking about comitting suicide." "Could you tell us more about this person?" "I'm sorry, but we can not."

If you think CCP would be inhibited from contacting law enforcement in your country with your name and address, you would be wrong. Euro zone privacy laws don't rule out calling whatever europes version of 911 is.
They aren't going to give that info to anyone else though.
This is a combination of Google searches and my book, because for some reason International Privacy Law isn't really discussed (you'd think that'd be important)
"In many countries, international agreements that recognize privacy rights such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights or the European Convention on Human Rights have been adopted into law."
"The modern privacy benchmark at an international level can be found in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which specifically protected territorial and communications privacy. Article 12 states: No-one should be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks on his honour or reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."
"Interest in the right of privacy increased in the 1960s and 1970s with the advent of information technology (IT). The surveillance potential of powerful computer systems prompted demands for specific rules governing the collection and handling of personal information. In many countries, new constitutions reflect this right. The genesis of modern legislation in this area can be traced to the first data protection law in the world enacted in the Land of Hesse in Germany in 1970 This was followed by national laws in Sweden (1973), the United States (1974), Germany (1977) and France (1978).
Two crucial international instruments evolved from these laws. The Council of Europe's 1981 Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's Guidelines Governing the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Data Flows of Personal Data articulate specific rules covering the handling of electronic data. The rules within these two documents form the core of the Data Protection laws of dozens of countries. These rules describe personal information as data which are afforded protection at every step from collection through to storage and dissemination. The right of people to access and amend their data is a primary component of these rules.The expression of data protection in various declarations and laws varies only by degrees. All require that personal information must be:
(This shit could very well be, and probably is, outdated as of now, but the core principles likely remain to some extent)
- obtained fairly and lawfully;
- used only for the original specified purpose;
- adequate, relevant and not excessive to purpose;
- accurate and up to date;
- destroyed after its purpose is completed."
International Privacy Law
United States Privacy Law
And finally a little graph that really doesn't go jack shit into detail but hey, ITS INTERACTIVE!
But a much less fun TLR version is this. Its where you're a citizen, regardless of who has your data and where you're sending it, and generally speaking Copyright Law is pretty much universal after the rest of the world went "WTF USA?!" and we reformed ours to more coincide with current International Standards (lots of people were stealing shit and getting away with it due to our loopholes and outdated laws).
Then again, I probably got something wrong because I'm not reading this entire fucking chapter to list some court case references. v0v
Addendum, I await either a Internet Spaceships Cookie or +rep, either will suffice (and seriously I probably got something wrong but at least now you've got a general idea. If anything I'd go to the FCC's website, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a section on it).
Edit: You know what's really fucking ironic? The website I got this info from stole it from someone else.![]()

I had fun with that taking photos at my local train station. The best part: it would have been fine regardless if I were a tourist, but because I'm a local, I should, supposedly, get the permission of the station-master first.
I did not, technically, swear at the guard.

I kicked a cop once, that's my popo story.
?"eve's a bad mmo, really bad, it's only saving grace is the people playing it, which i guess doesn't say great things about the people playing other MMOs"
I used to be Military Police.
I beat a war protester with an ASP baton.
At least I think he was protesting... hard to tell. He was screaming a lot.

I got caught by the cops once rummaging under my front porch at 3am drunk as a skunk. Chick cop cuffed me and threw me against her cop car (not in a porno way). I tried to explain that I had dropped my apt keys under my porch and that's why I was down there. She didn't believe me and threatened to throw me into the drunk tank. As she was about to throw me into the back seat, her male partner shined his flashlight on my keys under the porch and said "this them?" They let me go, I grabbed my keys and bolted into my apt before they could do anything.

There is no way for a chick cop to throw you against a cop car that wouldn't be in a porno way
I've noticed that there's a pretty big disconnect between the general consensus of kugu and what's actually happening. It seems enough people have said it in this thread that people are taking it as fact.

Sorry about that, I didn't see the Thorax, I was mesmerized by the sperging.
It's only the Aberdonians that like the sheep I'll have you know, the Welsh are the real sheep lovers! They are called kilts, we are so manly we can wear anything and still be men(You are just jelly and/or insecure).
Let's not get started on drug law, the irrationality is mind blowing...
"Come to America! It looks pretty good if you compare it to North Korea"
He told you you sucked at FUCKINIG LIFE. What is a fuckinig life? He spelled fucking right earlier in the mail, so fuckinig must be a new word.
Sidenote, I'd petition him for racism, hate speech, homophobia, harassment and multiple other things. That behavior is totally unacceptable and you should really do something about it. Don't forget, you were just operating under the rules of the game and having a good time, but him? He made it all wrong and dirty and totally ruined the experience =(
Christ, not that I was going to read that anyway but I think theres a thing called Fucking Paragraphs

Just fail ganked like a boss :P
Spend enough time with me in an IM or chat room and you'll notice that I add the letter u to everything at random times because my finger fucking loves hitting that button when I'm not paying attention. So I'm not going to make fun of someone for hitting the i button when they otherwise spelled the word correctluy
?"eve's a bad mmo, really bad, it's only saving grace is the people playing it, which i guess doesn't say great things about the people playing other MMOs"
California cops don't give a hoot. If it's for personal use, they won't bother. They have a bunch of "Occupy <insert location>" protesters to go beat down and that's a lot more fun than a small drug bust.
But wander down south to say, Florida. Son, you better tell me this is Oregano...
If you put a little tack on the "U" key you- Oh. I see what you did there...

I was gonna be all, "Hey, not everyone has a cock," but that still sounds seriously uncomfortable so.
My personal typing weirdness is the occasional extra E, only ever on the end of a word. So what I type ends up looking like I'm all Ye Olde Keyboarde over here.
meanwhile I'm watching Hawaii 5-0 and thinking I should start shipping some gankboat hulls towards ice zones, you cocksniffers aren't wrecking enough mining ships.

Also for the first time since I sold it for like a 200% markup when the skillbook refunds hit, I'm regretting selling my Orca. I could sit with it in a belt and a crapton of gankboats for my alt once I get one (I need to train up a gank alt srsly) and for other people as well.
Meanwhile if anyone actually wants this done I am happy to sit my industrialist in an orca for your benefit if you provide the orca. (I mentioned to my (different) housemate that it had occurred to me I should offer that service, and he was all, "be careful, they might gank you" and I was like "Dude, if they gank me, it will have to be in an orca *they provide*, so I'm not really seeing a plus for them here".)
although the only collateral I can really provide is "I don't want the hassle that trying to scam on this would cause, especially not for something as trivial as a goddamn orca that I have zero other use for, nor do I want my main kicked out of her alliance, so".

Someone in my current corp has been trying to run a scam by warping an empty Orca into the belt and offering not to start dispensing ships to their alt for ganks, but most people just warp out.
They figure it's a good troll either way.
I love how when I ask for one single thing CSM6 has done to "inflict injury to player enjoyment and retention" from EVE-O Forum Warriors the answer I got, plain and simple was:
The Mittani
People's inability to separate getting owned in game and the CSM members work outside of the game is just truly sad.
Edit: Though I'm sure it does give Mittens a wonderful grin with his morning cup of coffee![]()
Every population gets the government it deserves. EVE's playerbase is no exception.
I tried to buy stuff earlier today but couldn't as the economy is entirely wrecked.![]()
That would be implying that people are different on some instinctive/intrinsic level. We have different goverments in the world, which would suggest some are born with a desire for a monarch, while others want to "vote." Although all governments are retarded, even the "no government" ones. Anarchy! hurr dee durrr... which does make sense being that human beings, when you come right down to it, are morons.
mmm true. However, 'deserves' requires judgement. The government would them be a consequence on the people for some action they partook in. Judgments become a messy thing for me, as I cannot consider all of the factors without bias. I suppose I would have to find someone wiser then I to validate the claim that they got what they deserved.
