Anom buff = increasing the payout for anoms.
Decreased timers on star-bases (less time to put up POS)
Fuel Pellets = combining current fuel components to create a pellet instead of having to carry around all the different fuels.

I'm hoping that the anom buff will work for Wormhole Space anomalies, since we get a limited amount of them and they don't respawn

Soundwave really does look trashed though.

A month ago I made a list of potential things we'd see in the Winter Expansion (wait no, I stole this from the devblog, but w/e)

Hybrid weapons balancing
Factional warfare
Assault ships
Capital ship balancing
New T2 modules
Starbase logistics management
New EWAR-Drones
T2 Rigs manufacturing
Ship spinning
New font
More captains quarters
Time dilation

Of those, the only ones which haven’t happened are Assault Ships which were axed, Factional Warfare changes, T2 Rig changes, and EWAR-Drones (Haven’t heard anything about these 3, yet to my knowledge). Everything else on this list has or will be changed by the Winter Expansion, along with a crapload of other things which at the time they hadn’t even mentioned like the new Tier 3 Battlecruisers, Art Reskins, New Nebulaes, and improved effects/look.

Damn its refreshing to see them really working hard at EVE again.

It's pretty amazing what they can achieve in a few months given the right incentives, I'm still completely torn between:
a) Extreme worship at the dedication and awesome impact at EVE
b) Total loss of faith in CCP because now it's finally clear this could have easily been done 4 years ago and yet wasn't, and there's no reason to expect that problem won't repeat in the future
c) Pinching myself and waking up
