So I was in Jita buying Slaves for my super alt, and decided to buy them off contracts because putting a set of slaves together on the market is too much effort. I was being super careful to not lose them, scouting myself along with an alt and all that when I happened to notice something.
I bit on the old "spur omega not slave omega" scam. I was amused as this was my first time being scammed, and promptly warped back to the gate I came from on my way back to jita to buy a real slave omega.

2-3 years ago when I was in some atlas pet alliance having recently moved to null I had my first encounter with someone in TEST. I think I was scooting from Insmother to highsec in a viator or something, neut in local, check his corp. Test Alliance Please Ignore. "Oh, must be a GM or something... wait... what?" And immediately felt retarded.
Story is only saved by me not managing to lose a viator to a rifter ( I assume they were in a rifter, I ran from the scene of embarrassment ASAP).

I'm still a wet-behind-the-ears nullsec newbie. I am in Ocularis Inferno, a pretty terrible alliance in Syndicate. We live in DP34-U in Syndicate, and our most common enemy, Empire of Serenity, lives in SUBA two jumps away. In Euro TZ - well, any TZ but US TZ - these guys mercilessly stomp us. But we're coming in to US TZ, and OI is gearing up a fleet to fight them at long last.
I have a friend over and I want to show him a fleet battle. I want to cloak up near the gate where the fight will happen, so I fit an Incursus up with a proto cloak, and tell him he's in for a good show. I'm not sure if I'm coming from MXYS or DP34, but I warp to the S-U gate in 6-U at 100 - only to find the EOS group aligned towards me at varying distances, none of which are far. I am tackled, a bubbler burns out towards me, and they pop my frigate and my pod effortlessly.
I throw up my hands, look at my friend and tell him that it's that easy to get killed if you make a mistake.
OI never even ended up taking the fight to them in the end.
Today, I went AFK in a hauler after warping to a gate and jumping (meant to hit dock...) and came back to find myself in a pod. I'd apparently been sitting there long enough for two frigate rats to chew through me, according to the guy who whored on the mail. Then, later on while flying a cyno-bomber in lowsec, I tackled a guy on a gate, got GCC, and instantly died to the sentry guns.
Worst eve moment: I made the mistake of mentioning that I play a space MMO to someone in real life.....the look on her face....

Oh yeah. Also this one time, I moved my alliance (Hand That Feeds) down into null-sec and took some sov in Delve alongside TooDucky... just as PL decided to make it their summer vacation destination. We got a station into it's final timer, had 6-7 HTF carriers sitting in a POS assigning fighters when *suddenly* PL has 10 supers inside my POS and bump out a carrier. That was T2 rigged and faction fit. That wasn't even being flown by or with the knowledge of the actual owner.

After just purchasing my first Zealot to give my newbro friend some salvaging material in Delve, I warped it to a belt at 0. There were 3 1.5 mil bounty battleships there, and I realized I was stuck on an asteroid only far too late...
Lost more to those rats than three times my combined pvp losses since the start of the Delve war.
I don't want to make a new thread for this, but it's definitely a worst moment for one of my pilots, so Im just going to copy my original post from the TEST forums.
I don't want to name and shame, but this is too funny to pass up. One of my FYAD duders left his Nyx logged into K-6 POS after our move tonight. Some of the other guys in FYAD noticed, and also noticed that it kept getting bumped, and was really close to shields. So they bumped it back in. In the vain hope of knocking his client offline, I tried some network trickery, but suffice to say that my network resources are not what they used to be.
In lieu of this, one of my other fyad guys, jiraid chu, a hero, did some quick public record searching on the Nyx pilots name that he happened to remember from a Skype call a long time ago, and found his home number. With balls of steel, JetTiger called a New Jersey home at 1AM to inform the Nyx pilots father that he had left his very important internet spaceship online in a potentially dangerous place. The father, sounding fairly pissed and confused, refused to wake his son, and hung up on JetTiger after he tried asking him again. So, we began mass-pinging him in the FYAD channel in a hope to wake him up. He comes to the computer, all sorts of confused, as to why his dad had just woken him up and why they were angry and confused about internet spaceships.
Nyx logged off. Op success.

Back when Supercarriers were ownzone and I had a pile of isk laying around from complex's and endlessly ratting in a nidhoggur, I discovered that, with a small loan from Dovinian, I can purchase an Aeon from Goonswarm Federation (Inc.).
All's fine and good, the final price (Aeon + FB + ECM Burst) came out to around 14.7b, and was already out of the cooker and ready to be sold. Palms sweaty at the thought of getting such a crazily big ship (not to mention having the most isk I've ever had in my hands ever), I pm'd the seller on jabber to initiate the transfer. During this whole thing, I was in a skype call with Dovi (who I borrowed the isk from) planning out logistics of getting it out of Deklein and into Fountain.
It's amazing how much something as little as a period at the end of a name can cause so much hassel when transferring isk in eve. I managed to, and somehow the first one ever to do so with this seller, send roughly 15 billion ISK to a random character in an npc corp by adding a dot at the end of the name (confusing it with the ending of a sentence).

I was also in HTA for 3 months but I actually enjoyed that so I don't find it that embarrassing. I left just before the RA invasion and remember watching it, feeling relieved that I got my Apoc out
EDIT : Oh yeah I was in Sex Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll for a few weeks too and that was pretty horrible. I remember losing my Kestrel in a fight against some Cult of War guys that came out of a wormhole and then buggering off to Stain to run level 1 Sansha missions. Fun times.
