The increased frequency with which the Pathetic Legion-banner appears also has to do with the fact that we are now only trusted to post our own losses, due to fake-mails finally getting the better of Thunk's patience. Kills have to be pulled by the API and since CCP didn't like it when we ran it every other minute (although mostly for other purposes than the killboard, I believe) we are now doing so only manually when directors feel like it. Every day therefore resets to a state where only losses will appear until the API picks up the kills.

Though I think it's kind of cute and don't mind seeing it more often, it does get a bit disappointing at times when you check the kb only to find that someone lost a ratting t3 rather than the US-tz capital welp you came expecting.
