Apparently, RA has pulled back from NOL- to 9CG, and will not form CTA's for two weeks while they train up their new fleet concepts (arty tempests, a-hac's, and t3 bc's). Time for sov grinding, I guess.

We'll leave fighting these guys to you nulli since you're so much better in subcaps then we are

You are talking about the guys who cynojammed their entire constellation out of fear of getting hotdropped by initiative when they lived in Wicked Creek.
It doesn't matter what setup RA uses because, unfortunately for them, experience and fleet skills is something their players cannot buy or have 2 weeks.
Finally, the long awaited second front in the war against the CFC.
Nulli just formed 120 to go kill an RA ihub. Maelstrom fleet with about 60 maelstroms, 15 scimmys, and assorted recons and tackle.
As we were finishing off the IHUB, PL mass logged on in KFIE, and quickly got a large fleet on titan, about 90 with 60 tengus, 17~ scimmys (last number I heard scout say), and lachs/huigins and dictors. Once we got our supers safe after IHUB died, we were down for a fight, and with each side having a pretty even number of DPS ships and logistics it was a nice match up.
So we moved around a bit while PL tried drag bubbling us in various spots, waiting for PL to bridge in. Finally we went to our out gate and PL jumped a dictor in front of us. Scout called a cyno up 80km off gate, so we jumped in and had a quick fight on the gate. PL was unable to kill anything but tackle, so after nuking a few tengu's and lach's, we warped to a ping while warping a dictor down to their fleet, and caught about 12 tengu's that didn't get warped off in time, unfortunately half those guys made it out.
